I haven't been to a Target in 2 years. No one was at the changing room. I managed on my own, but surprised as an unattended area seem like increased theft. Store was an absolute mess. Very little selection. I didn't want to take the time to have to go to another store like Walmart. I did get some groceries 2 T-shirts and 2 pants. I looked at some of the bras but they were more expensive than Amazon. A lot of them looked used. They were dirty. Only one cashier available And one self-checkout available. Do edited behind 5 people. Unfortunately, I grabbed a pair of pants without any price tags, but I told her she'd already wrung up the matching pair. So she called over a manager and we spent 5 minutes scrolling through the Target app trying to find the item So if course it was $5 more expensive. Target used to be a great way to find high-end items on a budget not anymore. Next time I just go to Walmart.

A few weeks ago I tried to purchase a bottle of wine, along with other dinner items.
The signage indicated the wine was on sale! I was excited to try the "Black Girl Magic Rosè" from the Black owned wine company, the McBride sisters.
I got to the checkout, scanned my items, and had my license ready so the attendant could verify my age. Standard procedure.
She checked, then asked me where the wine was. I thought this was strange. I pointed to the wine in the bag. She asked if I scanned it. I said yes. Another strange question.
For some reason, the price of the wine showed up as "$0.00" Obviously she couldnt let me have the wine for free, even though the system showed it as costing nothing.
I was not permitted to buy the wine at all. I was a little disappointed. The attendant could have called the manager, or worked a little harder to resolve the issue.
I have not been back since and I do not plan on returning.

Store was extremely messy. Couldn’t even push my cart without running items over. This is very unappealing when shopping. The last couple times I’ve been to this target it’s been messy like this. I don’t think I will be back. This place needs a serious cleaning.

After being put on hold 3 times for a total of 6 minutes, a team lead finally picked up to assist me.
When I explained to him my experience with price gouging in this store and his employee's refusal to pass a message of concern on from a customer, his response was less than concerned.
He made zero attempts to further understand our rectify the situation.
Do Better Target
I will spend my money at stores that care.

Just got back from living overseas & I did not get the usual Target happy feels because this particular Target was a disaster. Like little Tasmanian devils just tore through that place. Made it very difficult to find things (clothes especially) because they weren’t organized & just strewn haphazardly all over the place. Americans aren’t really known for cleaning up after themselves :/ There were however a lot of staff around… seemed as if they weren’t able to keep up with putting things away.

This is the Target I mainly shop at and I’m never disappointed when I go in there. I also never leave emptied handed I always find something I need. I love how many different departments Target has; you can go there to grocery shop and buy a computer in one trip. I love Target, I don’t always love the prices but I usually always find what I need at Target.

This used to be such a nice Target. A few months ago, things started going down hill and I hoped it was temporary, but it is now always such a mess. There are very few employees on the floor. I am guessing that is why.
