If you need to use the bathroom, there's a 50/50 chance of whether they're open. It's very inconvenient for me as a Hallcon worker for the railroad as CSX locked the yard office to only CSX employees, so I'm forced to take potentially 30 minutes of my time to find a public bathroom if the others are in the middle of cleaning or in repairs. If the bathrooms are open, they're dirty and smell like piss as far as the men's room goes. They even got a ringer system for some odd reason; you have to push a button to alert the cashier that Mother Nature is calling and they'll unlock the door for you. I have never seen a system like that before for a public bathroom of all places.

Pulled in. Sat for 10-15 trying to transfer money to purchase food. Before I could, I was greeted by someone saying if I sat any longer the police would be called.
Absolutely ridiculous. Thorntons lost money bc I didn’t & won’t spend a dime there if ever nearby again. Do & be better. Check your cameras if you’d like 🤷🏻♂️ Awful. Didn’t ask a single question, just threatened w/Police. Professional driver making a stop before a pickup is all.

I buy Arizona iced tea every other day. I asked to use the bathroom and it’s down. I’m a local truck driver and with blue letters. Shut this place down!! I won’t spend another penny at this franchise ever.

May 16th 1030am. The bathrooms are broken. Then the blonde older women doing cash is extremely rude. Wasn't friendly or even nice at all. I'll go to marathon.

We have a standing Thursday appointment and pass this station. My husband and I always stop on Thursdays to get gas and buy lottery tickets on our way. Multiple times the bathrooms are closed and we are told we are not allowed to use them. Last night after spending more $ we were told the bathrooms are closed. We won’t be back

Had stopped by late on a friday evening and wanted coffee. Was a bit confused of the machines and Bianca was so sweet and took the time to show me how it worked. Made me feel important and she was very detailed in showing me. I appreciated her wonderful help! Such a wonderful employee and the store was so clean! Keep up the good work young lady! I'll be coming in more often at night <3

My cashier was beyond wonderful. I can't remember her name but she has blue hair with glasses. Came in with change to pay for gas and she was so patient and helped me count it out. That is what I call proper customer service
