waited for over 3 hours to get one tire balanced and mounted, which is ridiculous. they are incredibly slow.

Really slow work. Just sit there and don’t do anything. Took 3+ hours to change one tire. Absolute joke.

Went for a tire patch - suspected a valve leak. They went above and beyond with the tire; finding the leak around my tire rim, cleaning and reapplying adhesive, and re-mounting the tire. Was surprised at the end of my wait to find they wouldn’t even charge me for their time. Great experience.

Everytime I go here they surprise me...the kindest people...they were swamped..yet still pleasant...helpful...held the door...made a bit of small talk...had a nail in tire they fixed me up and got me rolling! Will continue to be my go to for tires and service!

Never go here. Took my car for a simple brake bleed. Got told there were some other issues and they sent an astronomical quote. When I refused and asked for a different quote with adjustments to what we could do now I was never called back. When I went to get my car they drove it into the parking lot on bad parts, the replacements in the front seat and told to take my car with nothing done to it.

Curtis and his team did a great job taking care of my Toyota. They called me every step of the way and even fixed my tire sensor so I didn't have to waste $80!! I take my car here all the time and highly recommend for tire needs!!

Edwin is the absolute best!! Knowledgeable, courteous and a great sense of humor!! Love these guys!! They take care of our Tesla Model 3 and our Nissan Kicks. Would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Just getting my tires rotated and spending quality time on Reddit waiting. Today's been a busy day on my third stop getting everything polished up and working before a series of long road trips. I bought these new tires 5,000 miles ago from here and they came with the free rotation, so I stopped in to make an appointment.
No problem, give us the keys!
Wow, very nice. They weren't too busy to work me into the schedule.
Like I said, I bought the tires here. These guys are always so nice and they seem to have good personalities and spirits. Been a customer for over 15 years, and I'll probably keep comin for the next 15.
I'll even tell a tale of a bungle on their part. Yup, a handful of years ago they damaged my vehicle. They told me immediately and paid to have it fixed however I needed it taken care of.
I got a boatload of trust in them. Rest assured

Zack helped me understand about alignments after another place lied to me and told me tire discounters doesn't do real alignment. He was very professional and thorough and beat the price of the lying competitor. Tire discounters should be happy that they have an employee as dedicated as Zackery McCoy. I give him five stars for every category, and he is 100% the reason I went with tire discounters.
