I told her there's only 2 corn bags and they're both busted. Do you have any more bags of corn. She said there's some in the back, i asked, is it on the shelf? she said, go to the back door and aske for a bag of corn and they will hand it to you. I told her I am not familiar with the back. Door how can I get to it?
She turned her face the other way in a snotty way.
Picked up the phone, told somebody bring me a bag of corn to the front.
I asked her if she knows how much is the case of water ? She said, not from the top of my head.
I said, do you like me to bring it to you to scan it? She said no, and she told me the price, throughout the whole conversation, she was rude. Rolling her eyebrow, looking up sideway, I was in disbelief that I am being treated like that. Buy an employee of tractor supply. The same rude employee now is getting out offline. And I am not gonna let it go this time. I needed a few cases of water and few bags of corn trying to feed the deers. I also needed cat food dog food. So
I asked the propane gentleman if I can speak to a manager. I have a complaint, He said the manager is at the cash register. I said my complaint is about that cashier. He said she is the manager. I asked if there's a higher manager. He said she's the only manager today.
Without me doing anything other than just showing up as a customer, he was not surprised as if I was telling him something he already knows.. He said, yeah, I'm sorry, man, she's pregnant. I will talk to her,...I stopped him right there and I said she was always rude to me, but this time she crossed the line.I also seen her serving other customers with the same type of rudeness. Given her the benefit of the doubts since I learned that she's pregnant, i decided to speak to her.
After I paid for my merchandise. I said. ma'am, I mean no disrespect, but I would like to know why are you being disrespectful? And treating me rudely, that woman looked at me surprised and she started raising her voice. Telling me. I am not rude. I said yes, you are you are disrespectful. And rude, and you have no clue what customer service is? She said, don't raise your voice on me. I said I am not raising my voice on you. I am standing up for myself against your disrespect.
And since you are not responsive, I'm gonna file a complaint. I grabbed my stuff and I started walking out of the door, she tells me get out of my store.loud and disrespectful again. This time there was a few customers around, i turned to her and I said don't tell me to leave the store you see that I am already leaving. I have the right to stand up for myself. I did not do anything to you to be disrespectful like that. What did I do to you? And everybody was attention trying to hear what she's going to say, but she's got nothing to say. She just kept her mouth shut at that moment. The only mistake I made is showing up to spend money there, and this will never happen again.
I truly believe that this kind of employees what drove tractor supplies business to decline. Yes, tractor supplies did not do well. The first quarter this year, Almost 2% below their expectation, and I expect to see worse result for the second quarter because of their customer service performance and the expired merchandise on the shelf. We'll catch up with them eventually, in the past I bought dogs treats And when I got home and I opened it, my dog won't eat it. I smelled it, it didn't smell, right? I looked at the expiration date. It was expired few months before when I took it back. They took it back immediately as if it was normal.And when I went back the week after I found the same product still on the shelf expired.
Tractor supply company have no concernn for customer service.

Needed 2 cattle panels. 16 ft long. Luke waited on me, the only way to get them on my trailblazer was to fold and strap them down. He offered to help me and didn't leave me till they where securely straped. That young man went beyond and above 👏👏 all so helped load my top soil that I bought! Things like this makes me want to come back again and again!! Thank You Luke

We went here to get propane. Happy they offer it, because not all Tractor Supplies do -- but they need a better system for purchasing it. We had to wait in a long line in the store just to ask for propane fill, then got our tanks filled, and had to wait in another long line to pay for it. It's really not right.

DO NOT BUY DOG FOOD FROM HAMILTON TRACTOR SUPPLY! Bought the normal dog food we always get from a different location and the are both outdated by a year plus and the one smells like chemicals and made my dog throw up. Very disappointed. Also wonder how long they have been on the shelf’s to be that outdated ? please check your dog food if you buy from them; date was May of 2021 and the other was November of 2021. Only got a 2 star review because staff was nice but also Taylor didn’t seem surprised that they were being returned for being so outdated.
