Messed up the mileage when I left, said it was ten miles less, so when I returned after driving 40 miles, they charged me for 50. Avoid this trap. My fault for not checking it, but when I showed them the trip odometer, they wouldn't make it right. Never again at this place. UHaul is fine, just not from this place.

I praise Tom so very much at the U-haul dealership here! Not only is he kind, but he was so very helpful, understanding, and accommodating to me when I had an issue with a contract mishap. This could have potentially cost me so much more $ than originally stated and Tom went above and beyond to make sure it didn't happen. Such wonderful customer service!! Thank you Tom for all you do, U-Haul should be proud to have you representing their company!! ??

Drop off was easy enough but a little confusing at first. If I remember properly there was a little box next to the front door that was unlabeled and was meant to drop off keys. It would be nice if it was more obvious that that's what it was
