This was a great location to pick up a truck. I can't give a rating because I totally lack information. Your UHaul computer system sucks at this Compass location. The representative couldn't print a receipt for my bill to see any details for charges. I'm currently waiting and hoping for an email just to see what they are. The vehicle maintenance is ok, clean, but leaks perfusly inside the truck body getting bottoms of boxes wet. It was raining but it wasn't coming through the open door to get all the containers wet. Compass doesn't seem to have the right security rights to access UHauls system for their customers .

Pickup of vehicle before hours was cumbersome and complicated. Truck was wedged in behind other trucks. Gas was less than 1/4 tank, but the contract indicated it was 1/4. I only drove 25 miles before the low fuel light came on. When returning the vehicle the agent charged me refueling charges even though I showed him that I had just purchased fuel for the vehicle in which I only drove 45 miles. He said there was nothing that he could do and gave me a number to call U-Haul if I had a complaint. I brought the vehicle back more than 2 hours before its return time and if there was a problem with the fuel level, he should have told me before he closed out the ticket. I will NEVER rent from U-Haul (especially this one) again!!!

Rented a trailer to haul a car. Very reasonable, it was ready when they said it would be. Picking up and returning was a quick and easy process.

U-Haul is fine. The Compass Storage unit affiliated with this is a rip-off. They continuously raise their rates and charge me a late fee for 1 day late when I have been with them for 10 years and no late payments. So I cleaned out my storage. Now I have $150 to myself every month! Yay me!!

A very good experience. I highly recommend using this particular store if you need Uhaul. Staff is nice, and took care of me in a competent, professional manner, with a very good attitude.

My mother and I were really in need today of a solid Uhaul and the man there was very professional. We got what we needed at a good price, when we got back we saved money; what else is there to say? I would drive from Anderson Township out to Westchester to use this particular service again, that should say it all.

Bolth women i spoke to were helpful. When picking up my truck she even recomended i keep it till morning, wich came in handy. Id rent here Again.
