Ive used this location for years and loved it! In the past year or so, it has drastically changed. Now, you cant make a deposit in atm. The lady at the drive thru made me wait while she played on her phone. Most all of the desk people have made mistakes or didnt know how to help me on my account. Its the only west side location now, since the branch was taken out of Meijer. We desperately need a dependable branch.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue that was entirely my fault and the branch manager was able to go out of her way to help me out.

Stood waiting at the teller line for 15 minutes without even being greeted. I was the first person in line and no one else was being helped. No tellers whatsoever at the teller window yet the lobby is open. Multiple people in line behind me for ten minutes or more with no service. Bank manager just sitting in her office. There was one teller with her back to the teller window fully ignoring every single customer that walked in with zero care. Just continued staring out the drive thru window whether there were cars waiting or not. I finally just walked out. Will be calling corporate to report no service no staff no care. If you don't have ANY tellers I think it's basically a no brainer that you DON'T open the lobby. Or maybe the drive thru window teller could at least say hello to customers that have been waiting for 15 minutes instead of purposely turning her back to us and ignoring us just like the bank manager. what a terrible excuse for customer service.

I've been a loyal customer for years. I went into this location to get a statement notarized with proper ID and was refused. I was going to let it go and then after I talked to people at the company they even thought this was a little petty. Notary is Notary? A year ago I had a similar statement notarized at the same location with no problems. I guess it just depends on who you get.

We were told to make an appointment for services since appointments are given priority over walk-ins. However, when we came for our appointment, we waited for 15 minutes while Crochelle helped walk in clients and Brandon was with someone. No one acknowledged us as we stood in the lobby, even though Crochelle stood directly in front of us and then walked directly behind us to get back to her office. Nor did Crochelle offer to help us once all of her walk in clients had left. Instead, she went to her office to sit and left us waiting in the lobby. Extremely poor customer service that seriously makes me rethink banking here.

Absolutely terrible. The ATM is always broken plus their system glitches causing funds to be miss ran.

Website says Main Street building is closed today, and that Court Street building is open. But Main Street building is open and Court Street was closed.

This location is by far the worst i have been to. Slow and everything seems to be an inconvenience to them. I drive to any other location now just to avoid this one.

I will drive out of the way to avoid this location. I have never been through a slower drive through. One simple deposit can take 45+ minutes because of the line. Definitely take the few extra minutes to drive to the Court Street location.

Use to enjoy coming here but now i hate it line is always backed up because they have to walk over to counter from drive thru windowAnd they close at 4 everyday i can barely make it home from work by 4 so i cant even go most the time when i need to to pay on loans glad this isnt my only bank account or i would be screwed
