If I could give 0/5 service I most definitely would. I am awaiting my driver’s license so I have a paper (interim) driver’s license in the meantime.I was refused access to my money because they said the interim drivers license expired in 30 days. Nowhere on the interim driver’s license paper does it read it’s invalid after 30 days.I was denied and unable to access my money because of the color of my skin. Period. Needless to say I will move my money elsewhere and go higher in the complaint process. This kind of poor service should not be tolerated by anyone.Been a US bank customer for years. It’s been two bad experiences in a row with this and another branch in Mason (Socialville Foster Road). There won’t be a third time.

They closed 4: 25 pm while out side says open til says 5 pm. This is happened to me several time.

Staff was very friendly but I'd encourage them to move the waiting line through a bit quicker. I felt encouraged conversation w the customer should be reserved.

Opening on time is important. Please try and give a heads up or place a sign on the door if there is going to be a delay or anything.

The worst U.S. bank location. No customer service. You can’t walk inside, and they have no operating phone number to contact anyone. Avoid avoid avoid!

Customer service needs addressed over 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars . Please have one person work the drive thru window only . They can not work the counter also.

I'll be closing my access and pulling my $30k Monday morning, if I can get in to do so. 3 times this week I can't bank due them not being open when the signs say they should be. And don't answer the phone when you call at 9 am, 10 am or 11 am., buy sign says open til 12, arrive at 11:15, and doors are locked and no one's there..... kept bank has been begging me to bank there....guess it's time to make the switch after 20 yrs at us bank....sad....

This is my opinion, the Liberty Fairfield US Bank branch manager is rude. We had a few arguments in the lobby in front of other customers. I was hacked back in January and it took me until August 5th to get my money back. In that time I've gone to two other US Bank branches can't tell you how many hours spent on the phone with the fraud department, always getting the runaround, hung up on several times. And in the last two months they charged me fees that I didn't usually get charged, because they knew I was withdrawing all of my money from their bank.

So I pull up to the drive-through only three people in line it’s been 33 minutes and still waiting! RidiculousThe slowest service ever I had to start using this branch because it’s the closest to my house because the one close down for whatever reasonIt’s like this every time I go there I cannot wait for the one in downtown Hamilton to re-openOnce again I go there again today because my other branch is close so I had no other choice I waited at the drive-through for 30 minutes only one car ahead of me nothing.So I decided to go in the lady is just sitting there and does not even acknowledge that I’m standing there so I speak up and say can I get a deposit slip please because there’s none nowhere in the lobbyShe says sure one moment please I’m literally staying there for 15 freaking minutes and still nothing everyone I know that uses US Bank or has use US Bank has either switched or plan on switching as soon as possible this place Needs to close down their worthless

I am not sure what the young lady’s name is that helped me cash a check today.She was so pleasant and nice and it made my day.She had on a Louis Vuitton belt buckle, if you see her I recommend asking her for help because she has a genuine kindness about her….

The people here are very friendly. They seem very genuine and try to help in everyway they possibly can. The drive thru can be slow at times but thats expected at peak hours and being that its a bank.

This branch shuts down all services for one hour daily so all employees may eat lunch. While I understand the importance of eating lunch, I do not understand why the whole branch must shut down at the same time. Employees can stagger lunches so customers can still be waited upon. This is a poor business model and is insensitive to customer needs. Once they are finished with lunch, I plan to move my business elsewhere.

Waited for the bank to open, it didn't so I left. Service has dropped overall at US Bank. May be time for a change.

The aervicexwas quick. Banker, Andrew Lock knew a great deal about our CDs, as well as not pushing to increase to get better rates. He was quick to help, personable, and engaging. There was no pressure, but great guidance was given. The wait was mere minutes.
