Failed to ship package to me with no reasoning. Correct address with correct forwarding address on file. This same location shipped 2 packages to me the same day and only one made it to me. After putting in a service request at this location to find out what went wrong they never called me and decided to ship it back FOR NO REASON. Instead of just shipping it to me like I paid them to do!

Absolutely useless, always delivering packages to the wrong address, and cannot get ahold of them by phone. It's always out of service.

why haven’t my package made it to its destination yet? And I also paid for priority mail. I did all of this on 18 December. It is the 23rd and my package hasn’t made it to its destination. I don’t understand why I paid for priority with the insurance and my package. Haven’t made it there yet. I’m really pissed.

Are their phones just out of service constantly ??? I have a very important time crucial package being delivered to the post office but can not get ahold of anyone. How do they provide a service and not even provide? We need someone else.

This place is usually quick at times, and the clerks helpful. It could use longer hours on the weekend though.

Whoever is the lady working the route with north b street over by star hill 45013 on Thursday April 11th around 9:30 am dropped somebody’s package of pills all the way down in the 1010 block and I had to chase her ALL the way down the street cause she was ignoring me I kept saying excuse me super loud I had to get right behind her and then looked at me like an inconvenience for bothering her you and didn’t even say thank you or seem concerned that she had dropped somebody’s package and there was pills inside you could hear them .. very unprofessional, unfriendly and very irresponsible doesn’t seem like the right person for the job .

I just don’t understand when we have a older person delivering our mail it’s is early and when it’s a younger person it’s a lot latter we just can’t judge our delivery

Absolutely terrible location, rude staff and I have dropped numerous pieces of mail off inside and to the boxes outside and none of them ever made it to any of my customers forcing me to refund them all, I tried to file a complaint with the usps and of course they make it so complicated so nobody follows thru with it, it’s a huge inconvenience having to drive all the way to another location when I live right near this one. Avoid this location at all costs

Dropped off 3 packages for my eBay business, only 1 package arrived to a customer the other 2 customers said they never got theirs so I looked and the tracking information doesn’t even show the USPS having posession, which tells me these 2 envelopes were lost by the girl working the front counter. I had to refund my customers and issue apologies thanks to the actions of not only the USPS but this location. This is right on par for the USPS
