This store customer service is terrible. I simply asked the "manager" where the hand sanitizer was because I didn't see it with the hand soap was Kevin just pointed towards the back of the store and walked away. And when I asked for help with the perfume case he felt the need to educate me on how to push the bottom to call someone over I was so confused because why would I do that when he was standing there doing nothing? But then said but I can go ahead and help he since I'm here. I was very polite after I checked out asked him his name this is when he said you always in here asking for help and being rude I have been in this store 3 times in my life I don't even
live in Hamilton I'm here visiting family. I didn't know who he thought I was but I've never experienced anything like this before. I don't expect great customer service anymore but total rudeness isn't acceptable I felt so unwanted, unwelcome in this store because of my encounter with Kevin the "manager" I will not be back.

This store right here is a no for me, been dealing with this walgreens high st. for over 21yrs these last year have been hell. Don't take old money to this walgreens because they will swear you have counterfeit money, I even called the bank I just left and they still would not take my money(store manager said I could have called somebody @ like it was bank who have time for that) or load my green dot card no marker to check counterfeit money store manager don't believe in that (smh) his remark was didn't know old money was still around (sad and you management) they go by texture to know if money real or not( could not manage my store)
had go bank to bank and get two new 100.00 bills. November 21st 2024 would the last time I walk in that walgreens ever again. O yeah when I went back to the bank they use they marker and the money was good.

Wasted my time. Very slow and time wasting staff who probably don’t know what they are doing.
Please, get more staff who are are passionate about the job and not some damn time wasters. Just wasted my whole damn time.

The cashier was a bit disrespectful, subtly accusing me of not paying for some products. I had to show her the receipt of my purchase.

I do not use this location or pharmacy for that matter, however, a family member of mine does. Since she is older, I sometimes have to go pick up her medication and for some reason, this pharmacist was being quite curt and impolite with me, until I politely pointed out that she was being rude. She did change her tone. The store itself wasn't busy, also realized that the pharmacy could have still been busy. I just hope her day got better. I did pray for her as well.

Was shorted $5 at pharmacy counter when paying with $100 bill. Change should have been $70.41. girl behind counter paid me with a 20, a 10 and seven $5 bills. Did not count change back to me just piled it in my hand. Turn to walk away and thought I should count my change. Advised girl shorted $5 and she said manager would have to go through a process to get me my money. Nathan appears irritated and disheveled not looking like an employee at all, tells me he reviewed the tape and she counted it twice so they were going to go with her. Go with her? Like it's a contest. I said I was short of $5 you're not going to help me and he said no. Being upset I strongly suggest it that they train employees to count back change to customers. He was insulted by that comment. No possibility that Nathan is a manager and I'm hoping that the manager that I've seen there before with the name David or maybe Donald reads this review. Was not happy when Nathan made a comment alluding to he didn't know what I did with the $5 when I turned away. Maybe some customer service training and how to count change back training would be a good idea at this location. I understand that everybody makes mistakes, and will live without the $5. But Nathan, do better. Try to show some professionalism in the workplace. Side note. Girl behind counter was professional and handled the situation nicely. No complaints about her other than the error.

Good customer service, didn't like how the cashier had me not only once, but 3 times spell out my first and last name along with my bday and my full address in front of a whole line of people. She was older so I also had to say it loudly...

Went to pick up my prescriptions at the drive thru and only one was filled was told I needed to come back and get the other one that was supposed to be finished by the time I picked up. The Walgreens associate was very rude and would not give me her name. Went inside to speak to the manager and to pull my prescription profile transitory Walmart. I will never spend another dollar at Walgreens.

I went to this Walgreens last week. I am completely disgusted by Dave’s attitude. I was verbally assaulted, and escorted out of the store. I simply asked why the Walgreens franchise continues to falsely advertise the color of their walls. I have never seen a Walgreens that did not have white interior. As a citizen of Hamilton Ohio, I’ve had enough of the constant lies produced from this pharmaceutical monopoly. When do the lies stop? We the people, demand a remodel of every Walgreens within a 50 mile radius. Also I need to pick up my prescription at 4 tomorrow, thanks.
