The people at the store are very good. But I have had some issues with them contacting my Doctor for prescriptions. And there have been a few times when I get there after a call and there is no prescription. But I will always use this location. Great people. It's just what you run into dealing with Doctors and Insurance companies. It's probably out of their control.

Was shorted $5 at pharmacy counter when paying with $100 bill. Change should have been $70.41. girl behind counter paid me with a 20, a 10 and seven $5 bills. Did not count change back to me just piled it in my hand. Turn to walk away and thought I should count my change. Advised girl shorted $5 and she said manager would have to go through a process to get me my money. Nathan appears irritated and disheveled not looking like an employee at all, tells me he reviewed the tape and she counted it twice so they were going to go with her. Go with her? Like it's a contest. I said I was short of $5 you're not going to help me and he said no. Being upset I strongly suggest it that they train employees to count back change to customers. He was insulted by that comment. No possibility that Nathan is a manager and I'm hoping that the manager that I've seen there before with the name David or maybe Donald reads this review. Was not happy when Nathan made a comment alluding to he didn't know what I did with the $5 when I turned away. Maybe some customer service training and how to count change back training would be a good idea at this location. I understand that everybody makes mistakes, and will live without the $5. But Nathan, do better. Try to show some professionalism in the workplace. Side note. Girl behind counter was professional and handled the situation nicely. No complaints about her other than the error.

Broken sprayer. Refused to exchange w/o receipt even though I had card used to purchase and can was obviously broken.

FELT LIKE I WAS IN STARBUCKS!! MY HUSBAND AND I WERE TOLD TO LEAVE, GET OUT!! IT COULDVE ONLY BEEN OUR SKIN COLOR BECAUSE WE DID NOT CAUSE A DISTURANCE!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was displeased with the serivce at the register and asked for the store manager information and the next thing we know the security guard is saying get out now and attempting to push my cart backwards!! After I explained to him how wrong he was and asked for his company and superior information somehow he got a change of heart and said we could stay. NO THANK!! I'm not an animal and shouldn't be treated like one because of my skin color. My husband and I are two professionals (military at that) who didn't deserve this treatment because we requested the store manager's information and disagreed with the quality of service provided to us. Professional communication and conduct totally NON-EXISTENT as it pertains to the store staff. Its very apparent the qualifications for working on staff whether its a cashier, manager or contracted security guard are slim to none. They were extremely disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. They have zero skills for handling customer issues. I've never experienced an issues with the pharmacy expect long wait times.

Walgreens is a solid national drug store chain. I like Walgreens because I can get my prescriptions filled almost anywhere in the country. This store is a 24-hour store with a 24-hour pharmacy. As far as Walgreens stores go, this one is a decent one.
