went into store, bought 4 pizzas from the freezer section. Everything seemed fine till I got home to find that one of the pizzas had been thawed at some point and refroze, Not good at all, every pepperoni on it was gray and the salt had separated from the cheese. Food safety should be taught to the person that had restocked it. If a frozen food item gets to 41 degrees it needs to be discarded not restocked. Please teach employees better

I am a real bastard, and have spent my time making fun of Walmart, and the people of Walmart, but I had no other choice recently, and had to go to this location for a couple of items, so went there for the first time in at least 12 years. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful, not in a begrudging way. In the optometry section, they repaired my glasses, which had a lens popped out from me accidentally flinging them across the garage the night prior. I have fancy rimless glasses, and they fixed them quickly, and even went the extra distance by tightening up some other screws, which they noticed were loose. In the electronics section, I had to interrupt a guy who was restocking a shelf, in order to get something out of a case. He didn't act like I was inconveniencing him at all, and was very helpful, asked about my needs, and confirmed my choice. That's basically all I need. Friendly, helpful people, and the store had what I needed. Yeah there were some interesting characters I passed, and yeah they sell a bunch of cheap foreign stuff, but they served me well. I subtracted one star because the parking lot was an absolute disaster area.

General suggestion.....when your managers and customer service representatives do not have the intellect to problem solve, it is time to replace them.

I order groceries for my elderly father. They always forget stuff and say it wasn't available. Today Diet Coke was unavailable. I tried to call the store twice and the phone rang and rang until it actually disconnected.

We aware of the Visa gift cards they sell. I bought a $50 card, have a receipt but it says it's depreciated when I try to register it. I took it back and was told it's not their problem. They sell them though! I was told to call 1 800 WALMART. I can't get through to a human and none of the options work same as the number on the card. I guess I'm out $50 plus the fee you pay to buy the card.

Manager an employee were very rude and disrespectful. Had no care for customer. It was her way an that was it. Then walked away an started talking about my mother an me. Then gossiped to each other right in front of us. Belittled the customer acting as if we were in the wrong an she was not. She did not explain anything. She did not have a name tag it was backwards so we couldn't even get her name. A employee stood over mine an my moms shoulder watching that we scanned every item an payed. We were the only Hispanics she did this to mind you they are all white.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR SEVICE CENTER! my father did all of this service here until he was ill and couldn't. I took his car here because there was something not right about his tires. He bought his tires here 5 years ago with 33,000 miles on his care due to him busting a tire on the curb and wanted all his tires to match wo he bought all 4. 5 years later he had only 58,000 miles on his car due to his illness, but driving much, but always took his car to be serviced, oil changes etc. his tires were making a funny noise and i took it there to be checked out (he also bought road hazard insurance.) I was told the tires were overinflated at 30 and that is why the belts in the tires broke and they were not covered, in reality they inflated the tires to 38 when the new tires where put on,(which was on the receipt) Bret the manager told me to call Khumo tire co and see if they would replace the tire. I called Khumo and they said they never get a call like this, because Walmart is responsible for any type problem replacement and they emailed me the warranty agreement with Walmart. BUT of course over inflation isn't covered. If those tires were overinflated Walmart did it. My father never ever put air in his tires, he was 86 and cant bend over. I took them to a Goodyear dealer and they said the tires were not overinflated and there was a problem with the tires. They said take them back to Walmart and they should give you some kind of credit on these tires. Walmart did not and they never attempted to offer me any new tires at full price or otherwise which I find strange. DO NOT GO HERE

I am sorry to say that this location has seriouley went under since the last time that i went in thire, it seems like that everyone is under some kind of spell or something noone speaks to you noone asks if you need help, if you need help you have to go and fine it. One side of the store saids that they close at 10pm and the other side says that they close at 12am. So this store has very serious problems that they need to get under control or i don't see the store lasting to much longer at all. They my in fact have underground tunnels at thire stores anyway. This stroe didn't even look clean when i went in to the stroe i didn't neven see a manger and no more then 8 to 9 people working in the store when i went in to this dead of a store. The wal mart in hamiltons main in hamilton ohio this is the same walmart that told me to get the fuck out of the stroe and told me to never come back, just because yhey though that i was stealing something and i wasn't. They don't have nothing for there comusters anyway they took thire McDonald's out some time ago and that not the first time that they have done that. The deil meat looked so nasty there deil food and hot foood looked dirty and nasty, the only thing that looked half way good was thire cakes, even that i wouldn't trust to eat. So by all means avoid this wal mart sorry walmart you have lost me.

The tire shop staff are THE BEST BY FAR I have ever seen in a walmart. I'm in town for Memorial Day and I came for a tire rotation and it is a tedious 2 hour job with my huge rims. Even after all of that the staff took care of my bill to show support for me as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army Active. Wonderful people and when in town this is my auto source.

Probably the second worst Wal-Mart in the area. They never have anything you're looking for. The place can be dirty at times. Lines can be long. The employees aren't very helpful. The customer service desk takes forever and its usually rude. Definitely a " People of Wal-Mart," kind of store.

This Walmart is always clean and orderly, especially compared to some other stores (I'm looking at you, Princeton). It's a Walmart, so I'm not ever super thrilled to be in here, but if I have to be, at least cleanliness and ease of location of products is on par. The products are usually in stock and everything in the right place. The staff is hit or miss, mostly miss. But I know a few really helpful people who work here. The lines are long, but they're long everywhere and that's not the store's fault...take that gripe to the big guys up top. The real problem with this place is the people who shop here, which is no one's fault except the trashy customer's. I wouldn't attribute it to the area, as there is trash everywhere, but just beware that there's some rough and tumble, rude a**holes who shop here. Just saying. I've had lots of unpleasant experiences here due to redneck customers. Anyways, okay store. If you're going to shop at Walmart, might as well shop here.

Poor customer service. Nobody could locate cans of coconut milk out of 4 people. And customer service has no ability to look up items on a computer. And there wasn't much staff on the floor. Plus there was only one register open. That makes sense especially difficult for the handicapped because they have to do so much extra walking. And when I was on the phone with customer service she literally hung up on me instead of trying to be of help. Finally trying to call them to get information is almost completely useless and pointless because whenever they tell you they have to transfer you which is 90% of the time it means that odds are you'll be on hold for over 15 minutes or more and there's a high probability no one will ever answer your call.

I had to leave work early to come home to find my elderly mother in tears, having a panic attack because one your store's associates verbally abused her. My mother was looking for a lane to check out with an actual cashier when she ventured down to the self check out area. An African American women that stated she was a manager named Kiaa immediately confronted my elderly mother and started spouting curse words at her with out my mother saying a word. The store associate stated she was trying to cut in the self checkout lane but my mother was just looking around for a lane that had an actual cashier. My mother tried to explain this to the store associate despite the fact that the store associate was already cussing at her and continued to harass my mother until she finally just left the store. I am a manager in customer service and this is ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS not to mention highly unprofessional
