Seth in electronics made fun of my kids speech when he asked him for help with a game. When I told him that he was rude and could’ve just said excuse me, he told me I didn’t understand his reasoning and ran off to his boss. When I complained to management, they said my story did not match their employees even though my kid stood there crying after being mocked and told his mumbling and bumbling will get him nowhere in life. Miserable employee taking it out my kid just trying to ask for a game.

I've always had a hard time at this stores customer service desk, When I try to return something? I usually have my receipt for my purchases but sometimes when I order on line all you have is the receipt that's on your phone, and either the person I talked too doesn't no how to scan the bar code on my phone to verify my purchase, so the person will only give me a Walmart gift card for my return. I show the clerk and or the manager my purchase confirmation and receipt that's on my smart phone, it clearly shows everything that a paper receipt would show as for your items and purchases, and how you paid along with everything that's on a paper receipt, including items number/name of items, and a barcode, but customer service atendends refused to scan my digital receipt on my phone two, or three times, and said they could only give me a gift card. If your proof of purchase that is sent to you via; email why can't that be used as your proof of purchase? Things that make you really question your return policy, and the training of your customer service clerks!

The people in self checkout need to learn a little personal space. Don’t get so close to my 3yr old… weird people here

Nice store and everything is different at each location. Find what you need and get lost in how organized this store is. Loved it

Their return policy for printer ink says 90 days. I bought some ONN brand ink that wouldn’t work and they wouldn’t take it back because I opened it. You can’t see if it works if you don’t open it. They stole $42.00 from me.

This store has really gone down hill over the last few years. It’s not clean, the greeters are too busy on there phone doing nothing to be friendly and there parking lot at night is poorly lite and not safe

It's walmart. Not bad but not a flagship store. Usually a lot of product on floor waiting to be put away and not enough cashiers and while not dirty, it could be cleaner. Front door greeters could smile and talk to be welcoming. A lot of missing price tags everywhere. Despite the issues you can get in and out finding most of what you need.
