I am very disappointed with my experience at Caliber Collision. My car was in their shop for over a month, and when I picked it up, I ran into multiple problems. At first, the seat belts would not release, which delayed me from leaving the lot after I had already paid my deductible. While they eventually addressed that issue, I was told my car was “ready,” only to find that the A/C worked for a short time and then started blowing hot air. On top of that, the day I picked it up, my car was returned to me dirty. I had to request for it to be cleaned again. I had to leave the parking lot with water spot and in a blazing hot car. I couldn’t return right away because I had to leave to pick up my child from school, but the fact that these issues weren’t caught during inspection shows a lack of quality control after work was completed. After receiving nearly $15,000 in repairs, I feel like I was pushed aside once payment was collected. Minor issues were ignored, major safety concerns were overlooked, and the overall service was extremely disappointing.
It’s very upsetting to be treated this way by both the insurance company and their so-called “Good Hands” repair shop. My trust in Caliber Collision has been completely impaired, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.

I was in a wreck. Where Someone hit the back of my SUV. Mess up the bumper, the back door. And underneath. Took it to Caliber Collision where they did A EXCELLENT Job of fixing my SUV. Back to Perfect. 5 Stars for EXCELLENT Service from the time I walk in to the time I walk out. I Highly Recommend Caliber Collision in Harrison, Ohio Thank you for being there.

Caliber Collision is by far the best auto repair shop. My vehicle was repaired like new with lifetime warranties on all parts repaired. They were very professional and highly recommended.

Great service & loved being able to track my repair online. Was worried about paint match because we've all seen those botch jobs driving around, but my car looks absolutely perfect. Done before estimated date, well mannered and overall 5 stars. Would highly recommend!!

Anytime I need repairs, my car insurance would refer me to them and I can confidently say that it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a car repair service. From the moment I walked in, I was met with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care for my vehicle.
The guy who did the repairs was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He did a walk through where I had to point out the damages and provided a thorough explanation of what they would need to do in order to fix . Unlike other places where I’ve felt rushed or pressured, the team here made sure I understood every step of the repair process, which gave me immense peace of mind.
The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and had refreshments (the popcorn was a 10/10) making the wait time pleasant. The overall environment of the shop was organized and professional, reflecting their dedication to excellence.

I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing work done to their car because of a accident and the staff was very friendly and my technician mark was the best always did the best job and let me know exactly what was going on with the car thanks again crew!

Amazing service. I was in an accident where my driver’s side doors were both crushed. Caliber Collision got my car completely finished in under 2 weeks in time for my move! They communicated with me the whole time and with my insurance company. Definitely would recommend for great and fast service.
