The subs look and sound great. did amazing with the wiring hid very well and did not damage a thing. very good customer service car was done and ready to go within a few hours. very budget friendly cheapest place around and quality work!

Would %100 recommend
Called in same day for sub box installation answered on the first ring and was asked to make sure I had everything. Customer service was perfect. Everything was very affordable.

We had them install dash cams front and back in both of our cars and they did a fantastic job. Very quick and friendly service. We did not want to do it ourselves because of all the wires but they made sure all wires are hidden and everything works perfectly.

I had a radio put in my truck. When I went in, I told him I wanted a radio that I could put maps on. He put it in and I paid him. He only except’s cash, he takes off 5.00, lol. I went back and told them , the maps doesn’t come up. He looked at it the guy that put it in. They told me, just keep playing with it will work. It had been a while, so I thought I would give him another chance. I took my grandson’s car there the other day. The backup camera that he put in wasn’t working. It was out of warranty, I knew that. I told him to fix it. He finally got it to work after he replaced it. So I asked him about my truck radio, not getting maps on it. He started talking and not making any sense. Finally he said you need another cord. I told him, I had a cord He said, that’s a charging cord. He then said, no you need a double cord to make it work, lol. I took it today, told the guy what he did. He started laughing, he said you need car play on your radio to make it work. So I had to buy another one from another place. It works great now.

Paid them $500 for speaker and amp and installation. They said they had to order the equipment and could complete the service in a few days. They never contacted me at all to schedule and appt. I called them 1 week later and they said the equipment was not in yet. I called several more times and they just gave me the run around, Saying they’ve been busy. It’s been 2 weeks since I paid for service and they still haven’t contacted me. I called them yesterday again and told them to give me a date for installation. He didn’t even know what I bought, he has to ask me several times. He gave me the run around again and said they could do it on Sunday. (2
Days later) he would call me the next day by noon to confirm. Never received a call so I sent a text message asking for a full refund. He called me immediately and gave me more excuses and once again asked me what I was supposed to have installed. He then asked me again when a good time for installation was. I said, I thought you were installing it tomorrow and he came back with “I can install next weekend” 8 days from now. I got off the phone with him and told him I would text him. I sent an another text requesting a full refund and he responded and said “we can do it sooner” I then asked him if I could pickup the equipment as I was having someone else install it. He once again asked me what I bought. I decided to not respond as they obviously don’t have the equipment and they aren’t going to install. This place took my money and never gave me the equipment or installed anything!! I asked several times for my money back with no response. It’s pretty sad they have to steal peoples hard earned money. I have reported them to the appropriate people. Please be aware of this fraudulent company!!

I had a radio installed in my 2009 Toyota last year. It took him all day. It’s been a year and the system is terrible almost like he got the cheapest one. Most car stereos are Bluetooth so to my surprise it had only worked with plugging it in. Very disappointing

I recently had an experience with Car Audio Plus that truly exceeded my expectations. I own a 2004 GMC Envoy and decided to purchase a budget radio from Amazon primarily for a backup camera. Mark, the owner, cautioned me that I might be disappointed with my choice, but I insisted on proceeding.
Unfortunately, he was right! The radio didn’t meet my expectations—the camera and display were mediocre, and the radio would intermittently shut off while driving, losing all settings. The sound quality was also disappointing.
I returned to Car Audio Plus to discuss the issues with Mark, and I was pleasantly surprised by his level of customer service. He recommended a more suitable unit and, to my astonishment, offered to install it for free! It’s refreshing to find a business that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, even when the issue wasn't their fault.
I highly recommend Car Audio Plus for their commitment to quality service and integrity. They truly go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy!

I took my car in because only the front two speakers were working and I was getting nothing out of the back. I had recently bought a touch screen and 4 cheap speakers and installed them myself. After messing with it, a few times, I decided I'd better take it to a professional because I was tired of messing with it. So I took it in and asked him to make it right gave him a $500 budget he called me told me what was wrong with it, said that he bypassed the built in amplifier. Offered to add a subwoofer, which I agreed to. Prior to taking it in the trim was taken off the back window to access the rear speakers, he didn't put any of that back together. Says he had to access the back of my head unit but did not put the dash back together. Charged me $225, and I have no bass and it sounds worse than it did when I got there with only two speakers working. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They ripped me off. Had my car 2 days and from what I can tell did nothing but install one speaker that I had already purchased. Now I'm out $225 and I'm going to have to take it somewhere else to get it working properly.

My experience started a couple of years ago and I'm still finding issues. Started when they installed my Stinger system and additional cameras: Front and Side. They got it wired and the head unit was bad (not their fault, needed an update). While awaiting the head unit my truck was left in an awful state. I don't recall everything but this is what I can recall: Cup holder had cut in it, not a small cut; wire from front camera was dangling in the front wheel well; they lost the rubber liner that went to a shelf under the radio; the front camera wiring in the engine bay was not secured at all. The passenger side mirror was loose and I took it back and they said it was fixed but it was not. Instead of taking it back, I decided to see if I could fix it. Turns out they had only reinstalled ONE of the four or five attachment screws... They also installed 6 speakers for me and immediately the driver door speaker sounded blown (Yes, 2 years is a long time, but I'm a person who does NOT blast their speaker at all. No reason for this to be bad this quickly as Factory speakers lasted 7 years at a minimum). The experience there was so bad it wasn't worth taking back. I took the door off today and even before I got the door panel off I noticed that they had only installed the trim push pins(?) on the side and didn't bother with the bottom ones. Although the owner is pleasant, the workmanship is not good. I would NOT recommend.

I've had audio systems for 2 vehicles upgraded by Mark and his installer, and both have been excellent! I brought my first car in and really didn't know what I wanted besides better. Mark told me he could switch out some components and he thought I would really be happy with it. He was right, it was amazing sound! So when I brought my next vehicle to him, he told me I know what kind of sound you like now so we can give you that again. He doesn't try to upsell anything, he just tries to sell what will sound great with each application or vehicle. I am 100% satisfied every time I take a car to Mark for audio upgrade.

BE CAREFUL! Wish I could provide a better review. Gentleman at front desk is nice but in my situation clueless. I scheduled to have touch stereo installed in 2006 Cayman to replace the working stock stereo. Arrived at scheduled time 10am and returned around 1205pm. Stock radio was still in car but not working now. I was not told this immediately, they were trying to get stock radio to work again. Then I was told they couldn't remove the stock radio. Then told no audio installation business would be able to remove my stock stereo and I would have to take to the dealer. So I left with NO WORKING STOCK STEREO, small dimple in my console due to worker and thinking I needed to go to dealer and spend $$$$$ to have a stock stereo removed. On top of all that I wasted 3 hours!WELL, AUDIO PLUS WAS WRONG!I scheduled an appointment with Hook It Up Customs. Well I didn't need a dealer to remove my stock stereo and Hook It Up Customs could not believe an audio business that says it installs audio equipment couldn't do this job! So if you want the job done right the first time, you might want to AVOID AUDIO PLUS in Harrison.
