Never buy a car here! We wasted 4 hours & were told they would find something in our payment range & then the finance guy from citi bank came out & tried to bully us into getting a car we couldn't afford & told us not to pay our pool payment in order to get a car. He also told my mom she was too old to improve her credit! He then told us to have fun walking. I have never been talked to like that! Oh & they aren't accredited by the Better Business Bureau either!

*Scam Artists*
I was in an accident due to my vehicle having issues with the traction and was in need of a vehicle ASAP. We texted to ask about vehicles in stock they said they didn't have the one I wanted but they had plenty more options. I received 15 or more calls or texts, and they were persistent about scheduling a day we come in said they could help us out. We are told they can only finance us for 2 vehicles when we arrive. The Ford Fusion had rusty rotors and breaks and looks like none of that had been changed in ages, the chevy Malibu (it was a Cruze) as I was told was owned by a bartender and there dad was a mechanic the vehicle was well serviced and this would be reliable vehicle to get me and my fiance to and from work. The vehicle went to the shop around 5 times before we could pay our first payment. Now that my vehicle is in the shop again they are telling me there's tow fees for getting it which there has never been in the past and the cheapest I can get my car back is 930$. They sold me on a warranty that didn't last more than a year (im over milage) and didn't make it sound option, belittled me explaining what the warranty and gap insurance is after i told him i already knew, and then said he had me down for it without explaining that it was adding to my loan and optional. Long story short for something that's been in an accident and has more mechanical issues than I've ever seen personally in a car I'm paying 15000$. I was told it was 10000$ multiple times during the paperwork I assumed that included the interest since the vehicle was listed for about 5000$, no the 10,000$ was the price of the vehicles after he forced me to add gap insurance. So I'm paying 15000$ for a piece of junk worth 2500$ and they wanna squeeze 900$ bucks out of me 10 days before Christmas. DO NOT SHOP HERE AND RECOMMEND NO ONE DOES!
