I am incredibly impressed and grateful to Jeff and the team at Cincinnati Ashpalt! Our job needed HOA approval and Tyler and Jeff were very patient and responsive during the bidding process. Once our job began, Jeff was a delight to work with. He is incredibly responsive, very organized, knowledgeable and excellent at communicating the paving process. He was on site each day the week prior to our job to ensure to road was properly prepped and each day during the job.
The crew was equally personable, professional, responsible and conscientious in their work. I am so appreciative of their expertise! Great job!!! 👏

Mike Johns and his team at Cincinnati Asphalt is fantastic! We had major potholes in our parking lot and surrounding streets and they came out in a timely manner, before our scheduled time, fixed everything in a few days and were all very responsive throughout the job. The team was pleasant and professional! Our lot and streets look great and the families who come in and out of my facility are so impressed and happy about the job. GREAT WORK, Cincinnati Asphalt!

I just want to thank Michael and the team for great job they did last week in crazy heat. They were he timely and kept work area clean and traffic moving. We had several areas that needed patching and we top coded the whole yard which gave it a great finish.

We had two apartment parking lots done the same day. They were extremely professional, with a hardworking crew, wonderful with our tenants and kept us informed every step of the way. The finished product is amazing. We and our tenants could not be happier. I highly recommend them for any and all of your paving needs.

My neighbors and I jointly own our street which is a private lane and approximately a quarter of a mile long. The lane has been deteriorating over the last ten years. We hired Cincinnati Asphalt after receiving a few quotes. The work they completed was done on time, they were aware of the inconvenience to the residents, communicated well, and three months later there is not a single crack in the asphalt which is amazing. I highly recommend them.

Cincinnati Asphalt blew me away with their professionalism from my first point of contact all the way through to project completion. They even called me a few days after the project was finished to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the work. Mike Johns showed up right on time for our initial meeting to scope the project and he provided a very competitive estimate within 24 hours. Mike walked me through the proposal and set expectations for timing and how long his team would be on site to do the work. His crew showed up a few minutes early (impressive!) on the day the work was scheduled and completed everything in a timely, professional manner. It may sound a little crazy, but I even got some complements on the job from two of my tenants and a neighbor. I highly recommend Mike and the team at Cincinnati Asphalt!

Mike and his team have made my job easier by taking care of everything from lot repair, lot striping, laying out the diagrams for my drivers skills tests to snow removal.
