I just dropped by Cronin Ford Service to have my tires checked because my tire light was on. It turned out that it was a sensor and not the air in the tires. The service woman was very kind, and patient checking out the car. I went without an appointment, and she took the time to explained all of what was happening.
Very kind service person. My Explorer always goes to this service center.

Had a broken heater hose tee and they wanted to replace the whole hose assembly (totally understand here) and heater control valve (didn’t even need that?) with about 3 hours of labor.
Service advisor was friendly but originally quoted me roughly $1300. I said no and was counter offered for $950.
Why would I even consider that knowing you’d gouge me for an extra 350 without blinking? Absolutely trying to take advantage of me in a crappy situation.
I ended up doing it in my driveway for 50 dollars in parts/coolant and about an hour of my time. Sure, it’s not done the ford tech way…but their quote was not even close to the amount of work or parts involved.
Super disappointed!

Cronin had my 2021 expedition for 195 days and didn’t fix my problem. They told me they are washing their hands of it and come get it. They have had it for over 50% of the time I have owned it with the vibration being one of the issues along with other problems each time I took it to their shop. When I asked about the payment compensation the GM told me about the managing partner told me my compensation was putting miles on his vehicles. Nothing but lies from the company.

We had a 2015 Focus in for what I believed was a major transmission failure. After a little research I thought it could be covered under a TSB from Ford. Most dealers I spoke to were 20+ days out before they could look at it. Jessica Voegele the service advisor I worked with was more than helpful. She gave us a lot of info on the TSB and told us that the time to qualify had been extended. She said it could be a while before they could look at it. I dropped it off over a holiday weekend. Within 3 days they had it diagnosed and confirmed that it was something that Ford would cover 100%. Needless to say, we were ecstatic. She remembered me by name when I came to pick it up and everything about this transaction went smoothly.

Having been "burned" by the dealership I purchased my new car from, I did not want to go back there. I chose Cronin Ford Quick Lane for my first service on the new vehicle and will definitely return. I was made to feel like family and as a preferred customer. I will also consider Cronin Ford for my next vehicle, although I hope that is a long time away. The young lady at the service counter (Gracie) was so respectful and courteous, what a smile....it's no surprise she got the position of being the "front" person for the business. Thank you Cronin Ford for making my first service experience on my new vehicle not only great, it was PERFECT!!
Update on 9/1/24, continues to provide great service and gets it right the very first time every single time!

I went in to look at a Range Rover that had caught my eye was helped by the most knowledgeable salesperson I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Tarynn made the experience quick and easy to understand. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I didn’t end up buying the vehicle, but I will only use Tarynn when I go back in the future. The whole place was clean and professional.
