Frank at Cronin Kia not only effectively communicated the availability of the vehicle but he set an appointment, sent reminder texts and when I pulled up to purchase, the vehicle was already front and center for the test drive. Not only has this been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had but also the fastest.

We bought our 22 Telluride new from Cronin with Michael and Mark and it was great. We took it in for an oil change and we were approached by our sales stalker Kennedy. 🤣 J/K. She managed to convince my hubby that we needed to just test drive some vehicles, after major persuading! Needless to say we absolutely love our New 25 Telluride. We loved joking with her and making her life crazy but she was definitely the right person for the job. Thanks Kennedy, I made you wait long enough for my shout out!!!!!

I had Miss Kennedy as a sales person, Adam as Finance, Zack was the Sales Manager. They knew the urgency of my situation, and they worked hard and quick in selling me an 18 Niro. I was in and out in an hour. They were straight up and forward and answered any and all questions. I would highly recommend Kennedy!!! Thank you guys for all the help!
