Not a good store. Workers are rude and prices are incorrect all throughout the store. When you try to tell the cashier, they just argue with you.

The pharmacy staff actually cares, not just trying to rush and check boxes.

This is a terrible pharmacy. They never have anything ready. You have to leave a message before speaking to anyone. Says they will call you back in an hour. Half the time they don’t call you back. I never got a return call one time so I called about 5 minutes before the store closed. I was on hold and someone answered and disconnected the call so they didn’t have to talk to me past their time. When I called back the store was closed so you couldn’t talk to anyone. The one guy that always seem to work the drive thru never smiles or asks how you are or anything. Clearly he does not want to be there. I hate that my insurance requires CVS because otherwise I would definitely not continue to go there!

Lady at Counter is very rude. Says meds were sent to Batesville CVS when we always come to Harrison and Dr has it set to Harrison. Went to Batesville to be told no it’s been filled at Harrison. Literally takes them 2-3 hrs to fill my script every month so we wait in parking lot 1/2 the day as we live in Indiana but Indiana won’t fill them because My doc is in Ohio A mess. Tired of cvs and their Schengen’s. This is the last time for me here.

The Harrison, Ohio pharmacy team leaves much to be desired. They don't even pretend that they want to talk to customers on the phone anymore, turning their ringer completely off and forcing everyone to leave voicemails.
The pharmacy staff had trouble filling one of my prescriptions, so instead of putting it on hold and calling me that there was an issue, this pharmacy team literally DELETED the prescription from the entire CVS system so I couldn't even transfer it to another pharmacy. I had to get my doctor to write a new prescription.
I have had at least three instances over the past year where the pharmacy staff have blamed me or my doctor for the techs not being able to figure out their systems.

Rude staff who are accusatory and unhelpful. Went in today to return 2 sets of unused press-on nails I bought back in Dec for Christmas. Only nails I’ve tried buying in a store since the sizing usually doesn’t work for me but I was in a last minute bind trying to find a set before a party I was attending, hence why I was here today to return them since they didn’t work out.
They were the only 2 items on the receipt as I bought them together, and one of the sets the woman working was raising her voice being nasty & arguing with me over it telling me it’s not the item on the receipt. I explained it likely because this specific one had a ripped barcode and the worker that day grabbed another set to scan in place because of this. Easy explanation, but I was still being talked rudely to and basically being accused of trying to return something not on the receipt. The worker says there is no other plausible explanation other than me doing that, and she cannot refund. This is when I got angry and respectfully began chirping back, because I do not want the item and cannot use it. The woman furthermore backs that I’m in the wrong because this receipt was a self checkout receipt. Unsure how that matters—yes I was using self-checkout and when there was not a barcode able to be scanned on that item, I let the worker there know and they went to grab another to scan. Yes, still using self-checkout. Go back and roll the tapes if you really need.
After some back and forth, her and the guy “aren’t sure how to explain any simpler to me,” because I apparently can’t comprehend their all-knowing genius-ness. Younger guy next to her, presumably manager on duty, had his head down humming while I tried to again explain it to him and to her who is not listening apparently. Eventually he tells her to just give me a store credit, whatever.
Why was a different item scanned at time of purchase, you wonder? Again, because the barcode was ripped and unscannable, and this was the last of this particular set so the worker scanned the same brand different color, equal value when I bought it, because there was not another to scan of the same item, hence why I had to buy and take the one ripped. Learn how to treat customers, look them in the eyes, talk with an appropriate tone, and understand there are plausible explanations in many cases and not everyone is in there trying to do something “wrong.”
Comment was also made about me waiting until last minute of the 60-day return window, which I’m not sure the relevance of. The return policy is 60 days which I was within. It’s been the holidays, and I’ve also been undergoing medical treatment and very unwell from injection and medications during this time so that’s why the timing, although not really your business.
Store credit on the one issue item was eventually the solution, but should have been able to refund to visa with the other item. Now, I have to return at some point to make another purchase at this store which I’d prefer not to after this experience.
Please train your workers how to execute even a basic level of satisfactory customer service and how to treat people/customers with some respect, without assuming malintent and that they are there to do something wrong. What a hassle and bad experience over something that really was not that big deal. Get a grip, lady (Natalie).

Service is terrible. They have hady prescription 3 days and it's still in process. Call and you get stuck in a automated system with no access to a human.
Go through drive through and they tell you come back in an hour then you get a text 10 minutes later after you pull away.

Never have medication in stock I either have to drive to another location or play phone tag I’ve had to switch medication multiple times to get what I need filled currently looking at other pharmacies I don’t understand how a business which is primarily a pharmacy can’t get medication on a regular basis also depending on who is working that day that’s the level of care you’ll get. These are people lives we are talking about here

Steven is an exemplary person and the type of employee you can't find these days. My toddler got sick all over the lobby and main area of the store. I took her outside to clean her up and went in to ask to clean up. Not only would he not let me, he genuinely was not put off by it. It wasn't because of duty, which is so much more than anyone could ask - but in my embarrassment, he really had 0 reflection of being put off by it. He assured me that he has to get used to it anyway, as he's about to be a father. This sort of character is commendable.

The workers are great they go above and beyond to help you, but the medication is never ordered right or on time they have to have constant reminders and as a patient I should not have to do this, but it’s constantly I’ve been off the shot for six months and they offered it to me last week I am now on a pill diabetes because they never had to listen in could not find it anywhere. Other than that. It’s a great place. People are wonderful. It’s just getting items filled is crazy there.

The 2 ladies in the front of the store were amazing. They refilled my autistic daughter's balloon we walked in with! I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond. I even called the store and talked to the manager about how great the experience was at the Harrison location.

Horrible. The day after it snowed and the sidewalk, entrance sidewalk, and parking spaces are all ice! Totally unacceptable. I didn't slip, but I was concerned about the elderly and people with disabilities getting into the store.

I am BEGGING you to not use this pharmacy!!!!! Their hours are not accurate! We show up at 1:00pm on Saturday and they have a sign on their door saying they’re closed untill 10:00 Monday! So thanks CVS, now my 2 year old daughter will have to forego her MUCH NEEXED antibiotics thanks to you. Absolutely ridiculous and I will be filing a formal complaint. Please beware and use another pharmacy at any and all costs….

Never ready, always waiting even after days called in, also, they never have an attendant at the window, it really makes things hard for me to get both babies out of their car seats and walk in there to pick up a prescription. Never have any issues at Walgreens!!
