Very helpful staff. Had to go there because I could not get the correct info from the toll free number. Staff at this store answered my questions and made sure that I was ok. Good experience!

Ordered a package and it says delivered at 11:21 "left on porch" yet there's no package anywhere around... It's not at my neighbor's house... The site says to wait at least 4 hours because it could still be shipping... Why the hell would you mark it delivered and specifically say left on porch when it's not?... It's 4:02 and still no package 4 1/2 hours after it was reported as delivered.... No way to contact them and all you can do is report it with a case... Worst experience I've had in quite a while... It could not have been stolen because I've been waiting all day for it so far...

Most of time they get it right, but when I tracked my items it said fed ex delivered to my front door, the place were I bought the items said they had it down that fed ex delivered to my post office and guess what a someone in my neighborhood from a couple streets over brought it to my house. Same street number but totally different street name. LETS GET IT TOGETHER FEDEX. Not everyone is honest

I came with a preprinted label and my documents but the don't have a FedEx envelope. Puck up and drop off only. Now I am searching for a drop box with an envelope.

If you do all the printing of the label and work yourself they will let you leave the package there. I can do that from home with UPS. Never again
