Drive thru was slow, I waited 12 minutes to a transaction, and was told by 2 different employees that they had to serve inside customers first, if so no reason to have a drive thru or inside service, do one or the other , very disappointed with Fifth Third.

Manager is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met in banking. She is so stuck up that she thinks that she knows how ALL banks work. I cant understand why she is so angry. Maybe its because she is older and it is very apparent despite the gallons of makeup and bleached hair that she uses to try and still look like she is in her 30s. Or maybe after 17 years she is only a manager of a small satellite branch. Whatever the reason she is both ignorant of banking regulations and rude. I highly suggest not wasting your time banking with this branch or even 5/3. Follow up: Don't bother to read the response. If you call that number it goes to their social media department. They are about as useful as an elevator in an outhouse.

Never Ending Fees and Charges. Never willing to help. Never Answer the Phone. Mgr. says contact her by email because they are to busy to answer phone; no response via email. Told bank error for fees but mark then as customer courtesy for bank error fees. Never can answer questions always “winging it†just to fake help you but in reality screw you over. Hold times ridiculous.

Whoever decided to put a second line in the Bank drive-thru on the same line as the drive-up ATM is the dumbest person in the world. There should not be a tube this close to the drive-up ATM it slows everything down. I just need to get cash out and I'm waiting on everybody to do all of their banking business because some idiot put a second drive-up line where the ATM was first. This is insane!

I've never had any problems! Plus they r open 7days a Week! What other bank do u know that's open 7 days week? N they only charge a small fee if u cash a check wrote by someone with a 5th 3rd account! Love it
