“Greeted within a few feet of entering store. Took the time to answer some questions I had about a potential heavy strike on a primer. Helped quell my concerns and offered advice on how to work in the springs I had replaced in my Beretta. I didn't feel rushed out of the store and they took their time to make me feel welcomed and had honest feedback. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Didn't have to wait 45 mins in the store to even be acknowledged(Looking at you RangeStop)”
