My wife and I bought a washer and dryer today and Jim the gem was absolutely amazing! He answered all of our questions, very kind. Included our son. Had really good conversations with us and was just an all around good person. Very pleased with our whole experience.

My first Instacart delivery from Home Depot. The Bonnie stocker helped me find the requested tomato plants. The pipe fittings were welled organized and easy to find the requested galvinized elbows. The self checkout clerk helped me navigate the payment methods. 5 Stars!

Nicely stocked and setup. Check out is always an issue, self checkout seems to be the only way unless you are out in the garden center. Floor staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Home Depot is my favorite store to do business with. This one however, I don't know what the receiver's problem is, but they seem to have it out for me since the minute I got here. The whole area is overcrowded and mismanaged. Stacks of broken pallets blocking entry. Almost seems intentional unloading a flat bed to prevent me from leaving and making my next stop on time. This is not a place to come and be yourself. It's a place to do the work, get paperwork signed, and leave as soon as you can. Very unfriendly.

If I could give this store a zero I would
Bought a zero turn lawn mower, opened a store credit card. Spent almost 4K on this lawnmower
They sent me a rusted out mower. Called and complained, my husband talked to Connie and she explained it as they would pick up the mower and schedule to have the new one sent out once the old one was picked up. However after checking my email and talking to I believe his name was Dave I’m now being told I have to wait for them to refund the lawn mower and then repurchase. So now if the price went up I have to eat that cost? We’re looking at scheduling the Monday after Easter at the earliest. I probably won’t even have a mower until May and now have to pay for a lawn care company to come. Like is Home Depot going to reimburse me that cost cause they couldn’t inspect their product before sending it to me?

Unfortunately, you cant trust their “delivery” service even if you pay the extra money for “guaranteed” delivery. I paid extra to guarantee delivery and took half a day off of work to be home for the delivery. They messaged me 30 minutes before the guaranteed delivery window closed informing me that the delivery was lived to Monday. It is now Monday. I have taken another half day off to be home for the delivery and guess what? They have still not shown up to my home. Customer service is completely gone. I think businesses should be held legally accountable for false advertising, which is what this is. If a business states they will deliver on a day within a specific window, they should provide that service accordingly.

The older man Steve was super helpful in helping me find what I needed for our plumbing. We live in an older home and they no longer sold the parts that I needed and he grabbed all the things I needed and showed me how to hook it up. Great customer service every time we go here!
