Love that bank but wish I could have one close to me in indiana like lawrenceburg or aurora especially when I have a difficult work schedule as well to get stuff done.

The staff at key bank went WAY above and beyond what I would expect as good customer service! They took the time to reach out to me, helping me to avoid what could have been a huge issue. I can't thank all of you enough for everything you do!

If you have elderly family members banking here, move them to a credit union ASAP. There is ZERO fraud detection at this bank, and ZERO assistance from the bank when fraud is discovered. Elder fraud is very real and Key Bank is only contributing to the problem via their neglect and disregard.
How dare you with this canned response you posted below? Shouldn't you be busy bullying fragile elderly people, accusing them of federal crimes like your branch manager did? My expectations were low, but wow have you ever lowered the bar.

I have been with Keybank for many years. I’m old school, I like to have my bank statement in hand. I have not received a statement for the past two months. Can’t balance my account without a statement. I will probably be going elsewhere very soon. Poor customer service to say the least.

Staff seems to enjoy making long distance banking transactions as difficult as possible. Very uncooperative and lacking in customer service skills.

I’m happy u can help them out but when I been banking with key bank for 7 years and can’t get a loans is sad. If u have more then 2 inquiries on your credit key bank will not give u nothing. Go to a credit union I got a new car loan and a new bike loan. Don’t was your time with this crap bank

Wife and I try to get a loan for a car , submitted all the info and they kept asking for more and more , info that we already send them , we called them frequently to figure it out if we got approve or not , most of the time (Savannah ) wasn't even working and barely give us an update on the loan , finally after a month of waiting she call us and said that they need more info when she already said they need it more , very unprofessional don't recommend this bank at least not the one in harrison
