I accidentally overheard an employee named Kevin R leading a small meeting about quality the other morning and I was very impressed!! the ice cream is very froze almost too cold for the winter but what can you do??

Some of the worst customer service of any Kroger in the area. The employee seem very apathetic. And the employees at the deli counter need to look up once in a while even when you speak up attempting to get their attention to ask for service you still get ignored.

Update. The woman in the fresh seafood location is ridiculous. She doesn't know the difference between an oz and a lb. She is on her phone all the time and is rude.
