I choose to come to this store from cleves because of the way the cleave store is run now after working all day and half the evening I don't feel like coming in and unloading all my groceries ringing them all up and bagging them up and put them back in my cart and then load them in my car I think it's a bit ridiculous you can't have one cashier working I don't work there I don't want to work there but ió. I do have to say the store is always clean but I think I was lied to you by the little manager tonight too and I don't appreciate that

The curbside pickup is set-up horribly! Incoming traffic from the pharmacy & other people picking up, this is an accident waiting to happen with the day people drive around here. Poorly thought out

It’s a nice store but prepare to be interrogated during your shopping. I had got alot of waters/beverages because y’know it was a literal heat wave and the cashier was asking me why I got all those waters. Then proceeded to ask my youngest sibling why they were wearing a bonnet and what’s it for… it was 7 in the morning. Another one from front end was asking about my family because I’ve been there a few times with different family members. This the only Kroger I’ve been to that seem to have employees question you like you’re not allowed to just shop and mind your business. It’s a very uncomfortable experience

I loved this store but I am DONE with the constant under staffing at check out lanes and long lines!
Was there three times over the past few days preparing for the holiday and there was only ONE cashiers! The lines between her and the self check out were 20 deep. We left and went to another store. There was not a manager to be found and other customers in line complaining about the same thing. We need more options in Harrison.

Store has larger selection than the standard kroger. Greg was a big help in produce and went out his way to help get us the product we needed.
The bakery had me craving cookies from the smell.

Stocking boxes were laying out in aisles even when shelves and refrigerators were not being stocked which made it difficult to access what you wanted. Would be nice if they stocked overnight. Also feel the store isn't large enough to handle such a residential city. The personal shoppers are rude and push through or leave their carts blocking aisles or cases while they go down an aisle to get something.

Everytime I come here with my mom who just had knee surgery, for the past month the scooters are either never plugged in or die with in the first 5 minutes of shopping. And one only goes in reverse. I highly doubt this is ADA compliant. It’s extremely annoying trying to get any shopping done- usually she has to go back to the car and wait. Do better Kroger

Worst Kroger store ever ! Do yourself a favor and shop at Sam's Club or Walmart. They screw you over on a Boost membership, when you have an issue they direct you to a 3rd party company. What a scam.

We have shopped here for years and being that we live quite a distance from this particular store we opted for the Boost program, it has been a blessing. One the savings is incredible and the free delivery has been absolutely great. The drivers have always been friendly and timely. Everything that is to be cold is kept refrigerated as well as frozen foods. Would highly recommend.

Do not recommend the pick up click list. My order is never ready on time, I've also been turned away because it wasn't ready despite a phone call being told to be there at a certain time. I drive 30 minutes one way to get there. Also they forget stuff and i have to drive all the way back to get the items i paid for! They need to get it together and do something about this!
