My insurance was being goofy, so they gave me a number to call which ended up being a pharmacy and doctor only number. I even had my doctors office reach out to them to let them know the insurance was active too and they still gave me trouble.

The staff is always so kind and patient, never rude or dismissive. Even when I forget to call in my prescription until the last minute, they always make sure it’s ready the same day. (Which happens a lot) 🤦♀️
They also stand out from other pharmacies because others don’t bother checking for discounts or savings, this team always goes the extra mile everytime to ensure I’m getting the best price possible. You guys are the BEST! Thank you for all you do! You are appreciated!

This Krogers store and Pharmacy is awesome. I travel from Sayler Pk to Harrison Ave Krogers to get my groceries and my prescriptions. It's very friendly and busy. Yet I have a Kroger store on route 128 right down the street from me. I had quite a few issues at that Pharmacy. So l transferred my prescriptions to the Dent Krogers. They send me messages when my prescriptions are ready. Love my Dent Krogers.

Sometimes the wait is a bit on the longer side, but every single person I've dealt with has been extremely professional (even when I haven't been, as embarrassing as it is to admit). The pharmacists are all very knowledgeable and patient when explaining medications, and the technicians have all been polite and kind.

Great store. The inside is not terribly dirty like many other krogers. All spaces are roomy enough I don't feel like I'm being squished between everyone. But is is very busy 3-7. They have clothing, outdoor, floral, starbucks, great customer service desk and the employees are usually quite helpful.

Service sucks anymore!! Never send text alerts anymore. Even though resigned up 3 times in the last year!! Medications never ready on time!! Having a special needs kid that needs them refilled on time. It’s frustrating!! Wish Walgreens took our insurance again!
