Laundry near Harrison, OH

“I like my shirts starched and pressed. I had never used this facility before so I called and asked multiple questions. The lady could not have been nicer nor any more helpful.

I have read great reviews and a couple of terrible reviews. I wonder it the people writing the bad reviews find they have trouble often?

Some people are very rude and as a result are treated the same way.

Possibly the rude people do not realize they are being rude. Maybe if you seem to have a lot of trouble with how you feel you are being treated, you might think about how you spoke to the one you felt was giving you a bad time.

It is a nice thing to be patient and pleasant when dealing with others, especially late in the day. We never realize what kind of a day another has been having.

You might just be that little ray of sunshine the other person needs to make their day a little brighter. If not, what did it cost you?
Today I went to Parkway Cleaners, located at 1157 Stone Rd. Number three, Harrison, Ohio. Their phone number in their web site.
They are a full service cleaner and laundry. They will wash and iron your clothes beautifically. They do dry cleaning. Turn around is like I took in three pairs of jeans today Saturday, and they will be ready for pickup on Thursday.
I had a little trouble finding a place that does it all but they do and do it well. The staff are all extremely nice and polite.
I do have one complaint though. They take you items in and ask your name and you leave. They give you nothing like a receipt or anything. You just leave your things tell the how you want it done, give them your name and leave. I have never seen anyone do anything before I left. I asked one time about any kind of a receipt saying what you brought in. They said we don’t do that.
To be fair I have never had a problem so I guess “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!”
They do a great job just like you asked for it. Great place except for my one little complaint and you could just call me “picky” I guess. Maybe I am cause they do a great job!”

“This is the best laundromat I've ever experienced. Super clean. The huge washers are only $5 and 1 quarter gets 6 1/2 minutes in the clean dryers. Plus there is free wi-fi. I couldn't ask for more. This is great.
Edit: You can also use pay with your phone if you don't have quartes.
Even the other patrons are friendly.”

“I only gave it a 4 out of 5 because this place doesn’t have AC! My kids and i were ROASTING! The few fans running you couldn’t even feel. The only vending machine is out of order so you couldn’t even get a cold drink. Other than that the place is very clean, smells good 😊”
