Pat the manager just hung up when asking why the hours were posted incorrectly online and then asked why they were not posted at the pharmacy. I tried calling back, because this is the second time today I came and the pharmacy was closed, yet I received two phone calls right before arriving each time stating my prescriptions were ready, not mentioning a change in the hours or that the pharmacy was closed even though they were sending out calls.
I’m very disappointed in the GM he refused to help me and then proceeded to hang up while I was asking for more information on store hours changing. I tried calling back two times and was ignored both times. Just over all very bad customer service. This is the 4th time I’ve been unhappy with the customer service at this location. I guess I have made the choice to finally switch pharmacies all together. This is pathetic how unprofessional the stores manger is.

it's like night and day between the pharmacy and front desk. front desk is super nice, and pharmacy has been horrendous since transferring from walgreens (except for a couple of the girls). they treat you like your stupid and do not know what is going on. my kids and I take medicine regularly. I'm very strict about ordering mine/their meds with my docs, and pediatrician. I double check with the pediatrician to make sure its sent because every time because they say they never get it. Jake was super rude, and DID hang up on me. He told the pharmacist he did not. I've never been so frustrated with a pharmacy in my life, nor have I had so many people talk down to you there.

get all scripts ready at once. so a person don't have to make 3-4 trips.
