Always a 3 day turnaround for my Suits, French Cuff Shirts and Tuxedo. Pressed just the way I like them.I take great pride in the quality of my clothing and I trust Parkway Cleaners with them. P.S. My wife says they do an excellent job on her Dirndls.

When I called to see if my items were ready the women was rude and told me to just come get it and hung up. They got the few stains out that I had. However, I sent them something strapless and instead of using the hanger ribbons the dress had they used safety pins and put holes in it.

Every time we go to parkway cleaners we find ourselves in a verbal confrontation with the clerk. She continues to inquire why the buttons are not opened on my shirts that are being dropped off. If I'm not mistaken that's what we're paying her to do. Would she prefer that I dry clean my own shirts as well?

The computers were down recently when I took my suit in to have cleaned. Since I have been patronizing this business for years, I figured all is well. Human error placed my suit with another customer ‘s articles of clothing. I went to pick my suit up and it wasn’t to be found. I really needed it for the weekend. That’s when Kathy at the Harrison location went beyond the call and stayed on the “hunt” until she found it. She needs to have “employee of the month award “! I’ll continue to use Parkway cleaners because of the dedication that Kathy and others at that location have exhibited. Thanks again, Kathy. Hope you get recognized for your outstanding customer service.

They do well with dry cleaning, but I've gone in a few times requesting repair patchwork and have received negative responses. I was told a simple hole can't be fixed, though I recently had the exact same issue fixed elsewhere. They've referred me to a couple good folks who do patchwork, but they don't seem to enjoy taking on the tasks themselves.

I've been using Parkway for years. My dry cleaning "annual" bill is easily pushing $750. Their team has my cleaning on time...every time. Cost is the same as anywhere else. I'm not there to swap recipes...they do their job and have me in and out. I highly recommend these folks.

I dropped off my wedding dress about a month ago and got a promise date od 8/31 for them to PRESS ONLY my dress and vale. So, why is it 515 on Wed Sept 31st and my dress is NOT PRESSED and not available for me to pick up? The owner is not calling me to correct this problem. He expects me to pay to have it pressed or he'll return it tomorrow unpressed. My wedding is Sunday. Am I wrong to expect my dress pressed AND free of charge? I'm having to change all my plans to accommodate picking up my dress now at this point. This is my 1st time using this place, I will NEVER return.
