“I had a good size memory book to print with a lot of photos. I called the Harrison, OH store's print shop a few times and spoke with Lee for advice. She gave me some great suggestions on the phone, but also in the store when I arrived with my project. Lee was very knowledgeable about everything and so kind. Her assistance in making this book was helpful to me and much appreciated. I experienced great customer service. Thank you again, Lee!”

“I used Staples for a print order and had personally made a typo that I noticed which required reprinting a day later. Lee noticed this was a reprint and was incredibly kind to offer what Staples policy is to help customers through this without me asking. I’m always so impressed with the customer service here. Harrison has the kindest associates, even when they are busy.”
