Natalie is absolutely fantastic. I have super dark hair and wanted to lighten parts of it. She not only helped me develop a plan that would protect my hair in throughout process, but allowed me to get used to the new style before we went all the way. She cared about my satisfaction and didnt want me wasting money on the drastic change when I was on the edge about whether I would truly like it or want to go back dark. I brought my 8 year old daughter back a few weeks later and she was patient, kind and did an amazing job on her as well! 100% recommend.

The property is cozy and well maintained. From the front desk to my facial appointment with Amber, everything was clean friendly yet professional. I have made another appointment. Really great experience. Went back for a different service and received the same friendly yet personal experience. I am going to take a look at other services and continue to treat myself!

Why have a service where you think your making an appointment even gave my credit card information then on day of appointment tell you there's no appointment even though you have confirmation showing confirmation and tell you that doesn't mean anything? Messed up cause I was a 50% tipper.
