This place is horrible!! The man that works at night is rude! I will never spend any money at the Kilby road Shell!! They also upcharge! When you cash out the prices are higher than the ticket. They are so rude. This is our town and need to go!

Natasha working the register is a beautiful person. Always friendly and keeps a smile on her face. She really does care. It's because of her i stop at this location. Keep up the great attitude and awesome customer service.

This location is supposed to be open 24hours. I pulled in and saw the employee standing at the door. He then locked the door without saying anything or no note on the door saying he'd be back. Just locked the door right in my face with a smirk on his face...DO BETTER!!!

Make sure u pay attention when u go to pay. I felt the price was way high so I asked for the receipt and they charged me more than what it was stickered for. So jus pay attention when u go to pay so they don't rob you also!!!!

I like this place bc it’s open 24 hours. They also have a lot of stuff here. They have a lot of options for a convenience store. But sometimes the staff are really rude. Unless it’s a female or the owner most of the male staff is rude. This pissed me off, the other day I was in there with 4 - 20oz soda bottles, a bag of candy, a 2 pack of vuse pods. When I asked for the pods he threw them pretty hard on the counter and they slid all the way to me, I pushed them back. Then after he checks me out he says nothing about a bag, just continues with his phone call while he stands there literally watching me fumble with all this stuff ….still says nothing. I feel like 50% of the time I’m in there the guys at the counter act like I’m a nuisance for interrupting something they’re doing.

It’s a great place to stop! Plenty of selection, staff is super nice, and although it’s a subtle detail, they are always playing great music.

These people will make you food that they don't want to make and then burn it to a crisp and insisted you take it and eat it. I don't understand that I'm paying good money and I don't believe I should have to eat garbage food because somebody doesn't know how to do their job
