If i could give this a zero I would. We have been to this location several times but only for Emily. They never have consistent hours. We went there today hoping Emily would be there and she wasn’t. The lady who cut my son’s hair absolutely butchered it. My husband asked her to fix and it made it worse. We had to leave and go to someone else to have what could be salvaged fixed. I drove there last week to have my son’s haircut and the door says they open @ 8am. Google says 10am and their app said 11am. I went with 10 because of google and they didn’t open till 11. I called the next day to ask when they opened and the lady said she wasn’t sure. I’m never going back again. The only stylist worth going to is Emily. Unfortunately we will never go back again because you have employees who can’t even cut hair. My sons haircut is crooked, uneven, not faded.. and it took her an hour to absolutely destroy is hair. Never again.

Service was great and being someone who cuts their own hair for 35yrs. I was pleasantly surprised to find someone who listened to what I wanted when I found myself on a last minute trip and badly needed a haircut. Big Thanks to the Harrison, Ohio shop!

Waiting for 15 mins and stylist were on the phone and chatting with each other rather then doing the job . Very poor service

Twice now I've shown up for a haircut and been told they are closing early due to staffing. That day, they opened at 10 am, and were closing at 2 pm. 4 whole hours of being open

Don’t go here, they don’t listen to what you want, they only specialize in cutting people that are already bald. Haircut made me look stupid

A great place to go for a haircut. Not expensive, always professional, and I have yet to get a bad haircut. I have been a customer for years and plan on staying one.
