I use this location often for Amazon returns and purchases. This store has gone down here. They have moved the Amazon returns to. Register near the exit door. There were two people doing returns I had a few and had no counter space to lay my returns down. Tanner seemed less than happy or enthused with his job. I asked if this was the new location for the returns and I got a very less excited and frustrated, I hope not but probably.
Not sure why the location was changed but this is a very inconvenient location if going into the store for anything.
Having counter space to sort the items is better.
Or is staples saying they don’t want the business of Amazon returns customers?
The stores restroom is disgusting and needs a good cleaning.
