Stores are dirty, employees cuss in front of customers, under-staffed, displays are messy, and employees are treated badly by management.

I used the Carwash on New Haven Rd BP owned by triumph energy. During the Carwash the large roller hit and damaged my car. The company refused to accept responsibility and pay for the damages to my car. Do not use this business, terrible customer service.
