This night’s accommodation experience was the worst I’ve had in over 20 years of traveling across Asia, Europe, the Americas, Oceania, and more than 30 countries, staying in hundreds of hotels. The staff here were utterly unprofessional, impolite, and lacked any sense of professional ethics. They failed to properly read the details clearly stated on the guest’s order, yet still dared to shout at the customer. It’s truly unbelievable. Seeing this hotel's sarcastic response to the customer, I am disappointed with these hotels. But I must say that it is not that the guest did not follow your rules, but that your customer service staff did not read carefully the guest's special note on the order that the guest has dogs, and thus arranged the wrong room. But how does the guest know that the room you arranged is wrong? Instead, you asked the guests to pay for your employees' mistakes. Your employees' yelling at guests was unreasonable and brutal. Although your employees arranged the wrong room, the guest and the dog did not dirty any part of your room. The room was fully recorded when the guest checked out, but you secretly charged more than two hundred dollars in extra fees from the customer's credit card. What is the difference between a hotel like yours and robbers?

We were in a smoking room and you could tell. Nicotine on the walls, ceiling and mirrors. But we really can't complain. I mean, what can you expect in a smoking room. The staff here make it all worth it! Everyone is friendly, helpful, informative and week go out of their way to accommodate your needs. They offer free breakfast which includes pancakes, toast, bagels, muffins, two kinds of cereal and a few kinds of juice. There is also a "coffee station" available 24 hours at no charge for guests.

The hotel was absolutely horrible! Dirty washcloths in the bathroom, a broken drain for the tub, DIRTY, and to top it off there was a roach on the wall! It was dirty and stunk like cigarettes and weed!

We had our dog with us. You pay more for the dog, but the rooms are second rate. Not quite fair. Ceiling peeling and not kept up.

Do not stay here My wife carries a bag to keep our expensive belongings in when we travel and stay at low-end hotels we left our room three times All three times we take the bag with us The third time we return we get a phone call from the front desk I mean like as soon as we walk through our door our phone was ringing front desk says they're going to search her room something about sneaking in animals because we keep our belongings in a big bag now in my experience of 10 years of staying at a hotel this is criminal activity this is why they watch when you come in and out of your room I don't know what's going on with front desk but the fact that it's ran like a jail or a Gestapo or like you're living in Russia and you're just going to come in and search your room because they want to know what you have in your bag like this ain't America and went entitled to privacy believe me you do not want to stay here they think you have no right to privacy apparently they only rent to tweakers with dogs and that's all they want there because if that ain't what you have they harass you threaten to search your room if you're an upstanding citizen me and my wife are 50 years old and I've never received treatment and 10 years of traveling and doing this never receive treatment like this I've never had a hotel threaten to search my room all because they were curious what I had in my bag Believe me this is a tweaker's paradise people run don't make the mistake I made and try to save a little money but this is why I only rent one night to see how these kind of hotels are before I pay for a whole month!!! I think we dodged the bullet this time by keeping our expensive belongings on us as the front desk knew every time we left exactly what we took with us and exactly when we returned The fact that they call our room before we even make it in there to make sure that they're letting us know they're wanting to search our room and they're wanting to know so badly what we have in our bag is this not America
Noteworthy details: The fact that management was curious what my wife had in her big bag and was threatening to search my room and using the excuse that they thought we were sneaking in an animal is an issue you need to fire the criminals at the front desk sorry it is what it is

Do not stay here! Paid for the room, was traveling and needed a place to sleep for a few hours, walked through the smelly, disgusting hallways with stains all over the carpet, up the stairs (no elevator) went into the room, pulled the comforter back and the blanket had some crusty stains on it, turned back around, returned the keys, showed the desk clerk the picture, she told me her manager had to reverse the charge in the morning so I left. It APPEARED as if I was reimbursed for the charge of the room the next day however the credit somehow dropped off the statement while the charge remained. I have to now go through the hassle of disputing the charge with the credit card company. Do not recommend….find ANY other hotel to stay at besides this one!
Rooms: Dirty, disgusting, smelly.

We.checked in at 4pm checked out 9pm same day! Walked into room smelled like meldew, floors werent mopped, there was dead bugs on floor, took a shower there was blood stains on shower curtain, water smelt so bad, two towels had black stuff on them. Then on the beds pulled back covers there were tiny little bugs!! So I packed up and left... Went to front desk rang the bell several times no one came to the desk... So how am I supposed to get refund??? I'm a rewards member and this place should be shut down ... The only thing good about this place was the lady that checked me in!!!!!

Night shift employees were so nice and friendly. Not so much with the day shift lady. Rooms were filthy, blood on the sheets that wasn't mine. Bathroom vent was disgusting. Breakfast was disappointing. Pay extra and stay somewhere else. Room was over welming sprayed with some kind of spray. Location was great. No pool. I won't stay here ever again.
