Had an appointment made for 5:30. Sat in the waiting area for over an hour. Three people cutting hair the whole time. Two of the stylists decided it was more important to clean up than to finish the last few customers. Why have appointments if it’s going to be over an hour wait? The most unprofessional thing I’ve seen in a while!
