Was told a tire patch could be serviced on my vehicle and could get done same day as long as i could get my vehicle in by 4:30. I dropped my car off at 4:15 and sat in the waiting room for nearly two hours before the vehicle even got brought in. Continued sitting in the waiting room after 6:00 (when they close) wondering why i was told to come in so soon if i wasn’t going to end up being a bottom priority. I could have stayed at work and had dropped my vehicle off if i had known i’d be waiting this long for a simple tire patch. Very displeased with my experience here as i saw multiple employees just hanging out and chatting while my car sat in the parking lot. I would have been better off getting a tire patch kit from across the street at auto zone, patch the tire myself temporarily, and come back on another day.
My vehicle service did not get completed until 6:20pm… 2 hours after my drop off.
I’m disappointed as well to see i’m not the only customer who has experienced this same issue in the past year. I highly recommend waiting in the lobby for your vehicle service if possible or else there will be a good chance your vehicle gets pushed off.

My wife recently went there to have a nail removed from a front steer tire, and these incompetent, unprofessional individuals come up with the simple minded idea to plug it. Charge her $40 and send her on her way. I can't name one other tire shop in the country that I've been to in recent years, that plug tiers. It's dangerous lazy and unprofessional. They were extremely busy and I had an appointment at 2:00. I was not expecting to have my wheels rotated in a timely manner. But I was wrong I was out within 35 minutes. Great service

Not too satisfied with the level of care used when installing tires on my old beater truck; rims were pretty scratched up after the techs were done. Luckily I'm not too worried about the aesthetics of this vehicle. They overinflated 2 of my tires by over 10 psi too.
They also told me that an alignment couldn't be performed because my truck needed both outer tie rod ends, an inner tie rod end, and an upper ball joint. All of which tire discounters would be happy to install for a whopping $931... I took it to a more reputable and trusted mechanic and got the alignment done with no parts needing replaced.
I can't stand when a business tries to take advantage of people who might not know enough to tell if they're being scammed out of their hard earned money. It is a disgusting practice and needs to be called out publicly. Do better, Tire Discounters.

When you drop a tire off to get patched at 2pm on Wed the 12th, you think they would have the tire patch and call when it's done.. but no I had to call then at 5:30pm Wed the 12th) and they tell you you're tire is not done yet! and they tell you it will be done first thing in the morning. That would be Thurs the 13th) and still no phone call telling me it was done. I had to call at 11:30am and they told me it was done like no big deal no apology, nothing!! even if you make an appointment for anything they take their time.. Every since they changed management it's gone downhill!! Update I just got off work and looked at my tire and it took them twodays to plug one tire that is insane and unprofessional ?

Tire Discounters sent my wife down the road in an unsafe vehicle. They never made us aware of any issues. They didn’t show us or tell us that the subframe of my car was severely rusted or that anything may be wrong. The technician “put a note in “ but this was never brought to my attention. I was never allowed to make an informed decision about the work continuing if there was a problem. Tire Discounters was more worried about collecting my money than being informative or truthful about the safety of my vehicle. Store manager Brian collected over $1100 for front tires and front brakes and an Alignment. When a major problem arose, only a few weeks and less than 1000 miles later, on the passenger front control arm and subframe see photo. I took it back to them. They did nothing. The reason that they didn’t tell me is because they knew I would refuse the work. They just want money. Do not trust Tire Discounters to meet industry standards for consumer choice, safety, and integrity. I have called many times nothing is being done. Both the customer service line and Zone Manager Don are no help. Zone Manager Don has refused to make any attempt to resolve this issue and I have called him weekly. This is a shame because I used to trust your company.

This is the definition of service. There were some problems that happened but this team worked hard to resolve them. I would rather wait and have problems fixed correctly than have a patch applied. I would recommend Harrison Tire Discounters to everyone. As a traveler they're the best service I've received. The staff are pleasant to work with and willing to give the extra effort to get the job done.

Needed a valve stem replaced. They had the tire for 2 hours and never touched it. Took the tire to Bob Summerall and it was done in 10 minutes. Tire discounters service has really gone down hill.

Came in for a flat repair. Unfortunately it wasn't repairable, but I knew I needed tires. Andrew and Josh helped me get the tires I needed, helped me out without being too pushy, and I got a free oil change too?! I will definitely be back!
