I stopped in with no appointment. Nick laid out my options quoted me a very good price. They got me in and out lightning fast. Price ended up being cheaper than he quoted me. I'm totally satisfied with their customer service and quality of work .

This place has been great to me! I had a tire patched a few months back, and once again found myself needing a patch. I called less than a half hour prior to them closing, and they agreed I was good to come in. They were very quick and helpful and I was good to go in less than 20 minutes! I will certainly continue giving them business!

They got me in quickly when one of my tires went down. In and out in one afternoon, was hopeful to get my tire plugged but also noticed cracking in the tread so figured they wouldn't be able to and I'd have to replace. They walked me through my options over the phone and got my new tires installed in just over an hour. No over selling on unnecessary things such as brakes, etc (I think we all know what I'm referring to). Appreciate yall!

Crappy disreputable business. They will damage your stuff and lie about it, and disrespect you as a customer. This is not unique to this location, they are all like this. The regional manager should be fired. Criminal company.

Checked in by service advisor for routine oil change, rotate and balance tires, and check alignment. He returned to suggest a minor addl task (air filters) for today and that an alignment was needed. Also explained that a more complex repair was detected but I chose to return on a second appt for that work.
The time went by and i became a bit restless when the wait time hit two hours and counting but still no checkout or update. The second set of customers since my arrival had now left with their completed cars. But i’m still waiting and, at the three-hour mark, with no word from the advisors, i was done. So i finally find my finished vehicle out in parking lot-no clue how long it had been there. I go back inside and have to ask at desk for someone to finally check me out. What started as a normal appointment for basic car maintenance ends up with a three-hour wait for a customer who was either forgotten or ignored. My first visit to this shop-will I go back? I assume the work that was done was successful. But i’m not sure that i’ll take another chance on the service to the customer…what started on a good note sure fell apart into a frustrating experience.
Later update:
Credit given to company as they did reach out ASAP to discuss the situation. To clarify the original post, i’m pleased with the work that they did as well as the Service Advisors I dealt with. This shop is so massively busy that I’m amazed that only two Svc Advisors are carrying the whole load…I have NO complaints about my interactions with them. But that imbalance of staff to volume of work is probably why my car got lost in the process. Likely to try again-the quality of service and staff matters most.

I only got a quick tire patch done. But service was great. The tech even put my spare and all my tools away in their slots in the trunk. I got home and went to put everything away to find it was already done.

Absolutely terrible service. Drop a car off at 9 am and they forgot to call and tell you they're not competent enough to fix it so you waste all day waiting just to show up before closing to find out nothing was done.
