I had an appointment at 10:00 in the morning for an oil change. At 10:35 I left because the line hadn’t hardly moved. There was about 6 people in line and one kid running the whole show who shows no care about customer service yet it’s not his fault that they have him all alone with no help. Poorly managed!

All of the managers were great. Corey, Nolan, and Brennen were all very nice and friendly. Problem is there was one of the employees changing my tires that was poorly trained (if trained at all). I watched as she struggled with the tire changer only to stand there and wait for someone to help out. Very sad when you spend serious money and have an experience like I had.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Worst experience. Will never come here or recommend it to others. Said the work willbe done but took 5 days and no proper communication. Also they jacked up my invoice too high.

Bring a sleeping bag, phone charger, and food rations. You'll be here for 3 - 4 hours past your appointment time...every, single, time. Every....single....time. 2-3 hours before they even start on it usually. Appointments are useless

Over 24 hours for 4 tires and rear brakes. Each time I called for an update it went from "tonight" to "this morning" to "within the hour". Showed up within that hour and still waited another hour.

Nolan was the absolute best. He was so attentive and extremely polite. He explained everything so thoroughly and while sitting and waiting, he would periodically go check on my car and update me. Someone came in with a bit of a complaint and he handled it so well. He is awesome!

Went in for a nail in my tire, they found a second one, in a totally different tire! Then they went ahead and checked the other two tires, re balanced them since they were all off and did a rotation putting them back on… I’m pretty sure that’s the definition of customer service!!!I know where I’m bringing my cars for their next oil changes!

Made appointment for 6/7/23 @ 8am, person inside said didn't have any tire people or maintenance people. I was scheduled for oil change and tire rotation. When they were done, everything seemed good.A few weeks later, I noticed that my right front tire which was different from my other tires was NOT rotated which left me to think was any of my tires rotated? Even tho I was charged for a rotation. Now I'm thinking was my oil changed filter charged. Not sure if I will use this store again!

Disappointed... Over 3 hours just to mount and balance 4 tires. This was with a morning appointment. No way these guys are flat rate they would be broke. Extremely slow service, most of the techs just standing around. Occasionally you'll hear an impact gun, who knows if it's actually being used for something. When you drive by the place is always packed, and that's because they're not getting anything done. Not to mention I had to finish the job once the car was "done". Only one of the tires had the right amount of air in it. The other 3 were 15-20lbs. The advisor I dealt with was Justin, a nice, professional guy. The other older guy hit on every female that came in the door. Go somewhere else.

I scheduled a week in advanced for this appointment, was told it wouldn't be long when I rolled in at 10 am. Three hours in is the time by car was actually pulled into the garage,"conveniently", when I asked how much longer it would be. Was told they were behind doing "big" projects, and that ot would take twenty minutes. 1 hour and 45 minutes later I'm given my keys.Almost five hours I waited for my car, this is the last time I use your services

They told my wife only her front driver side caliper was bad turns out her passenger side brake pad cracked after a year of having their brakes on never coming here againThe mechanics laughed about her being angry for waiting for her car this place has Gone down hill she dropped it off at 10am on Friday and they didn’t touch it she had to make another appointment

I’d you expect talented mechanics to work at this facility you are sadly mistaken. Took a vehicle in for an oil leak. Fixed an oil pan gasket and days later said it was still leaking “somewhere” eventually saying it was fixed. Within a few weeks, another oil leak. This time another failed part. It was blamed on failing due to the original replacement. Hence, more money and more labor. No mention of the possibility of this item failing within a weeks time frame.Keep them coming back!!Tire Discounters is a joke. In all aspects, this location is one of the worst. FYI Tire Discounters is a tire reseller. They don’t make them. They capitalize on over charging from tire manufacturers. Their “free” alignment is a “toe and go” and not a true alignment.If you want quality repairs find a reputable repair facility that cares about your car and not one that is simply focused on increasing sales over the prior year.On a personal note, the manager of this location was let go from another repair facility for “doing things he shouldn’t have done”You’ve been warned!

Went in for an oil change. Was told that my brakes are VERY bad and needed to be replaced right away. I went home and bought the new pads and rotors on line to install them myself. As you can see from the pictures the pads still have 30% or more of the life in them. It's sad when they try to run the bill up on you.

Go to Valvoline!!!! if you need an oil change, tire rotation or other basic needs. You wont be jerked around and have to wait forever and have a meaningless appointment. Be prepared to spend the entire day at Tire Discounters even if you have an appointment.You should also train your staff to tell people that the appointment does not mean that your vehicle will be worked on at that time. It is the next available bay which means it could take 8 hours.
