Great place! They transferred info from old laptop to new one, helped get Microsoft 365 transferred also after multiple password issues but the best thing was their immediate help the next day when my new laptop was hacked when I made a stupid mistake! Thank you so much!!

What a great experience! They were quick to diagnose my laptop issue and able to provide me with multiple options for repair. They listened to my concerns and how I wanted to use the computer (primarily for photo storage and editing) and were able to offer guidance and suggestions. The repair was completed quicker than I expected and they were even able to offer extra storage with no extra cost!! I am beyond impressed with how well our computer runs now! Overall, I feel the prices were very reasonable and I'm grateful for their great service and wisdom. I highly recommend Tristate Computer Wizards!
