United Dairy Farmers (UDF) operates over 175 locations, including ice cream parlors, convenience stores, and gas stations. Customers enjoy a variety of products, such as premium coffee, farm-fresh dairy items, and hand-dipped ice cream treats. The U-Drive program offers savings on gas and everyday purchases, making shopping here convenient and affordable. Many reviews highlight the cleanliness, organization, and friendly service at certain locations, especially in Ross, Ohio, where staff are quick, helpful, and maintain spotless facilities. The stores are known for fast service, whether customers are getting gas, coffee, soft drinks, or using the restrooms. However, some customers have experienced issues with product availability, such as frequent shortages of diet Mountain Dew 2 liters, and price increases for coffee refills, which they find unreasonable. Despite these minor concerns, UDF remains a popular spot for its variety of products, good service, and clean environment, making it a favorite for many customers seeking quick service and quality items.
My first time stopping at UDF. My ice cream float and grilled cheese sandwich were delicious. I will definitely stop at UDF next time I'm in Cincinnati, Columbus, or another place with a UDF location

Pro tip: Buy a generator. Even I own one, and I’m poor. Being without power is optional. 😅
