If I could give this place zero stars I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I came here on May 11th to upgrade my son’s phone since his phone was paid off and he was eligible for an upgrade and we also purchased home internet. Jade helped us and she told us he was eligible for an “on us” upgrade where we could get an iPhone 16 Pro for free with statements credits and it didn’t require a trade in. I started getting charged for his phone on my next bill so I called and was told the statement credits didn’t start until the 3rd billing cycle, so I waited. I went back to this location in person to find out what happened after I received my 3rd bill and the charge for new phone was still there but no statement credit. The manager pulled Jade’s paperwork from our transaction back in May and it literally said iPhone 16 Pro on us with bill should not go up other than taxes and home internet service. The manager said they couldn’t do anything because she didn’t write the promotional code on the sales order and that if it were an on us deal it would have required us to trade in the old phone, which I absolutely would have had Jade told me to from the beginning but she said a trade in was not required. They wouldn’t return the new phone and now I’m stuck paying $30 a month for a $1,200 phone that was supposed to be free because either Jade doesn’t time how to do her job or because she lied to make a sale.

purchased the expensive paint on screen protector, good luck using that warranty. absolutely bull crap..never buy screen protectors or any add on there.

Very dishonest and unethical sales people. Call Verizon directly and you will get a better deal and you won't get a surprise bill that takes hours to work out.

I just took my daughter‘s phone in with a broke screen because we had to send it back to the main Verizon, but had to have it back to factory setting and we’re unable to do it with it connected to the computer because of the broke screen. Dylan that works there is a miracle worker in less than 10 minutes. He had it back to factory settings and I was on my way to ship it back to Verizon thanks so much.

Absolutely terrible customer service here folks. I paid my 400$ bill in cash on the 26th of September and here we are the 8th of October and I got a text from Verizon saying my bill of 759$ is due on the 28th. I’ve visited in store to try and have this problem solved with a receipt in my hand and they got on the phone with a real customer service assistant and a payment investigation was started for whatever reason unknown to me. I’ve not heard one thing for Russell Cellular regarding this matter I called them 30 minutes ago and they told me they’d email me a picture of my receipt and to call customer service on my own time and handle it on my own after paying them cash at their store for my bill. And to top it all off they never even sent the email of my receipt. Worst Verizon retailer out there and how they conduct business will be the sole reason I switch to AT&T.
