They are very helpful, show them what you want and if they have it they will find it, unlike big box stores. I would rather pay a couple bucks more and get the service. Good job Wood's Hardware

Very knowledgeable, helped me with a plumbing issue that the BIG 3 couldn't and didn't have the parts for. They had the knowledge and the parts. And extremely friendly folks on top of that, pleasurable experience.
