I've lived here all my life, and the delivery hours are often werid and the hours for the office is werid sometimes my package wouldn't even get here on time and it'd be stuffed in the mailbox when it cleary doesn't even fit, please just walk a few steps just to put it on the porch.

Pretty much what everyone else has said. The hours are insane, no one answers phones and they don't even attempt deliveries if it "wont fit in the po box"

Very rude, lazy and unprofessional. None of my packages get delivered due to “animal interference” when my senior dog is mostly inside. When asked about it, the woman was very nasty and unprofessional. Typical for a “government” employee, I suppose.
Heard she was fired, I sure hope so

Harrod Post Office cannot get their ducks in a row. When Amazon gives you a delivery date they need to figure in the inefficiency of this post office. They're not even embarrassed about not getting mail or packages to you in a timely manner. I walked into the post office ( because they don't answer their phone) and asked if I could pick up my package that was already late and sitting in the back room. SHE, (Postmaster) said she didn't want to go back there and "mess things up". Very professional ?! This place is disgusting. Very fortunate she has a government job. Another paid lazy slacker. I still didn't get my package delivered today.

This postoffice is a joke. I put mail to be sent in the box, they put the flag down and don't take the mail. They leave the door open on my mailbox and my mail gets soaked.im writing a letter to the postmaster General. This is incompetence to the ninth degree.

Worst post office ever, they leave the mailbox open all the time. They are to lazy to get out of the car to deliver a package. They just put fail to deliver, or package ready for pickup per customer.

Mail man won't deliver packages. He lies and says he couldn't deliver before he even leave the post office .and leaves it the post office he doesn't even try to deliver it. What a joke .

If I could rate this post office lower I would, they have had my package for over a week now and won’t bring it to my city, they have horrible hours, and don’t answer the phone at all. Completely ridiculous they are in business.
