Stopped in today to open a $15,000.00 checking account and wa told that I would of have to wait awhile while someone got free..went down the street and opened one up with no problems and no waiting around..

I have always banked with them, never had much by way of complaints, except perhaps that they close too early for me to actually go inside if I needed to. They close way too early and are also closed on Sunday, the only day I am actually able to go in. They are closed before I go into work, and they are closed after I get off work. So I am only ever able to use the ATM. Also a plus that that Huntington as a company allows legal CHL / CCW holders to carry inside, so I know that my deposit or withdrawal will be safe from those with ill intent. But this is Hartville, a mostly quiet area, and I am not too worried.

It’s not just the Hartville Branch!! It’s Huntington in general! The worst bank I have ever dealt with not to mention Hartville branch Manager needs a new career! This whole early pay thing is a joke! They have cause us more financial stress than ever! Thank God I kept my Chase account open!

Why is it so difficult to get assistance at this branch? Why do they close so early and why do you have to have appointments for the simplest transactions? Don’t even try to call as they do not answer the phone, ever. I am so frustrated! This is not Covid, it’s poor customer service.

Went to this branch simply to exchange a 5 dollar bill that had gone through the washing machine and ripped in half. Both serial numbers on each half of the bill were obvious and it should have been a simple exchange but the bank manager said she didn’t think it was real and refused to give me another. Have had accounts and loans with Huntington and First Merit for over 30 years and never had a problem. Had just gotten off work at factory and in my opinion believe it was my appearance and clothing I had on at the time that played a part in the managers decision. Bet if I came in wearing a suit and tie there would have been no problem.

Need to figure out how to do business with the corona virus this is obviously upper management issues not the way you want to do business long long wait times. When you close the inside you close a ATM outside and open up 3 drive thru lanes ,you only need one ATM in Hartville.

This branch is a ABSOLUTE jokeIt’s run down. The ATM is always broken and their hours are so inconvenient for anyone who isn’t retired and over the age of 60.

I have actually always liked this branch. The tellers are extremely helpful and have went above and beyond to assist us ( especially the young man with glasses) however the same cannot be said about the branch manager. The bank caused our family some financial issues at no fault of ours. Expecting the same level of service I have always received I stopped in to resolve it. The branch manager had no compassion for our situation and was very rude and told us we were being punished for paying off our installment loan early. Go to any other branch until this manager is removed.

Megan was really helpful this morning, while I was a bit frustrated. Card got locked for some kind of fraud protection on labour day and was unusable she solved my problem.
