Worst experience ever. The woman i normally see they said no longer does anything except nails. The girl on the phone suggested a woman, who I later found out hasn’t been with this salon very long, I was EXTREMELY SPECIFIC on what I wanted. My hair was cut short over a year ago due to a medical issue- I have been trying to grow it out including spending a lot of money on vitamins to help the process. I wanted to be able to grow it long in front with short back- a slanted Bob. I was very detailed about this. Used my hands to describe it I thought she understood me. She didn’t layer or touch the back at all instead she took off 5 inches in the front and feathered my hair to frame my face which is the EXACT opposite of what I asked for. That unfortunately wasn’t the worst part. I was told by the manager that the owner would call me, they would attempt to fix my hair and I’d receive a gift card or something to compensate me on the damage that was done because I was so distraught that I was literally in tears. No one called me I had to call them. Then I was able to see the hairdresser I originally requested and Kim did a good job trying to fix what Casey had destroyed. I tried to schedule another appointment with Kim and they wouldn’t let me. All the owner and manager kept saying was how sorry they were and that they couldn’t replace the hair Casey cut off… of course they can’t but the customer service was a disgrace, they kept asking me over and over again what happened like I was lying about it even though I offered to pay Kim for her time and did give her a nice tip for fixing my hair, I wasn’t looking for a hand out or anything other than what they said they were going to do in the first place. If someone can’t listen to the client and do as they ask especially with hair they should not be there and losing that much hair over a “mistake” to me should be compensated in some way other than having to lose even more inches to correct it. I get accidents happen but telling me it will be compensated and that I would be contacted then not doing what they said they would do is like adding insult to injury. I really love how Kim cuts my hair but unfortunately I won’t be returning since no one can seem to understand what customer service is.

Friendly. Great job. No one explained the price ranges of pedicures. I would've liked to know I needed more than my gift card. Otherwise, great!

The stylists are awesome , however it seems that the customers always take longer than the time they are booked for , because we always have to wait at least 20 minutes.Recently , due to an error by a receptionist , (she had even put my son’s name in as the customer ) my daughter was unable to get the hair she wanted for her Winter Formal.The thing is , I stood there (a week prior ) in person at the receptionist’s desk for quite some time communicating between another stylist, and the receptionist to ensure we had the (4-5 hour ) time slot we needed . So when we arrive ….. guess what ? The slot was for only half that . My daughter was so upset she was doing all she could to hold back her tears .She took the day off school to have this done , and this was very important to her . Thank God my daughter was “ok” with her hair despite it not being what she wanted . For our “trouble” the manager I asked to be called gave us a whopping 20% off, and our updated bill was $147 .Due to poor scheduling (I don’t blame the stylists at all ) this salon just lost 4 customers. Crystal did the best she could with the time slot she was given . We just can’t afford to have this happen again due to poor scheduling .

I’ve been going to Nevaeh since 2016. My first hair stylist was lovely. I went to her for a few years. She moved away and I was recommended to another lovely hairstylist there. I saw her for a while also until she stopped doing hair. Through the years, I’ve always had a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and they were pretty accommodating to my busy schedule. When my stylist left a few months ago, I tried two other girls. The first one was very standoffish. She barely talked to me. She was very rough with my hair. Constantly tugging at my head. It felt like my hair was getting ripped out. She never asked me what I really wanted. She touched up my roots and cut my hair. She maybe spent 5 minutes cutting my hair. It just seemed like she could care less. I spent $100 to get thrown around in the chair. Today I went to another girl for the same thing- a color retouch and cut. She was better but still not great. She got dye all over my forehead that she didn’t even bother to wipe off. My back got soaked somehow at the bowl. She did spend more time on my hair but again, for $100 I expect better service. Unfortunately I will be going elsewhere in the future.Services: Haircut

Receptionist scheduled my nail appointment wrong.Had my name wrongNail tech went into a panic about other appointments.Left me sitting with one nail barely done.Got up to find staffEveryone was behind a frost glass door, by the shadows my tech was still freaking out.She suddenly exited. By the look on her face, I decided to take my business elsewhere.Of course, my personal email I sent has gone unanswered. So here is your one star

I have purchased 2 spa packages for my wife and 2 spa packages for my mother at this Spa. Over $400 in business for Neveah. Every time my wife and my mother would call to make the appointment , they can’t find the gift cards. Finally they found one of them for my mother. The manager kept telling my mother “it’s not my fault you can’t find your gift card” I will be calling soon to get my money back if they won’t allow them to use the cards. Don’t let them get you in this trap! Part 2 after business responds. My wife called the business 3 times to make an appointment and was hung up on. I called tonight to try and sort this out and was promised a call back from management. I will report back in 3 days to reveal the results!

Fantastic place! I just moved to the area did some searching & found my peace here , I had the best Manicure & Pedicure . My daughter had her wedding Updo & a day of spoiling the bride. Immediately being greeted by Chris her smile & hospitality was an extra bonus. I met Nella she is my go to for all my beauty secrets !! lol She has a beautiful spirit, kind & funny very professional young girl. Can't wait to get my hair done next week❤

When we arrive at 345pm there was a line of around 50+ people. We only stood in line for around 15 minutes tops. There was 4 adults in our party. 3 of us ordered the sampler and one ordered a dinner. It to 45 minutes for our food. Again we was having good conversations so it flew by. The only downside was the temperature of the food. It was cold. Every thing else was very good.

I booked pedicures for both my sister and myself to get together over a month in advance. When we got to the salon we were told they could only accommodate one of us and if the other wanted to come back tomorrow we could. They said only one appointment was in their book even though we could both show proof that we each received a confirmation text for our appointments. We were offered nothing for their screw up!! They couldn’t even tell us why one of us was left off the schedule!!

My sister and I scheduled pedicures together over a month ago. When we arrived, we were told they weren’t able to accommodate both of us (even after we both showed our confirmation text messages)...don’t revolve your entire day around an appointment here (coordinating babysitters, scheduling a post spa appointment reservation at a restaurant, etc) unless you want your entire day to potentially be thrown off.....

I went for the first time to get highlights in my hair. The place is beautiful. I waited about 20 minutes after my appointment time for my stylist. She was very knowledgeable, and shared a lot of that information with me. The end result was not ideal, and she recognized that and offered to redo. The second time, the result was much better. The price was tricky, because there were a couple add-ons that I didn't know about. The trim is extra, and the toner is extra. Bringing the price of a highlight to $100. So a little on the high side. Overall, not sure if I will return, but a very nice place.
