Brought my daughter in to get her hair colored for her birthday. Put in description of how her hair is and what she wanted done( a solid medium brown ). At the appointment she showed her pictures and they went over color swatches of what she wanted and what it might possibly turn out like . Fast forward her roots turn out to be a bright light red and the color was horrible. She kept saying she had another appointment coming and was counting down saying 15 mins .. 10 mins . I could not let her leave with her hair like that . She offered to touch up the roots and paint some color in to try to fix it and in her words (I don’t know what color it might turn out ).After that was done her top of her head an all over the scalp is red (nothing like the solid brown she came in for ) at the end she only charged for the haircut . Now my daughter has not stopped crying and absolutely hates her hair . Nice lady but I would absolutely not recommend her for any kind of hair color !

Natalie has been doing my hair for years.This was my first visit to see her at Shear Possibilities and I totally loved it!!Very comfy, cozy and welcoming! The offering of drinks and snacks were a definite plus! I can't wait to go back for my next appointment.

Leslie is fantastic!! She did a very thorough consultation, listened to my hair goals and checked in with me throughout the process. When my hair pulled the wrong color (which it tends to do, no fault of hers) she got me scheduled ASAP, spent two+ hours on corrective/restorative processes, helped me understand the impacts of things like well vs. city water & provided product recommendations throughout (but without pushing me to buy anything).It’s taken me a few years to find a stylist after moving from Columbus just prior to the 2019 quarantine, but I believe I’ve finally found a home for my hair ????Services: Balayage
