Overall, pretty good experience. However, not the best Starbucks I’ve been to and as always definitely room for improvement and the staff was surprisingly rude for a Starbucks.

This is the 3rd time my order had been messed up at this location. I ordered a nitro cold brew and there is ice added. Every other location makes it with no ice.

My mom went here attempting to get a drink for me. She asked for an Espresso Frappachino with only 2 pumps of the Espresso Roast and and an extra shot of expresso. The drive through girl was condescending and rude. She spoke down to her implying how stupid she must be as to ask for less pumps. She told her how there is not syrup in here. My mom tried to explain she meant less of the base. She tried to charge her 10.75 for the drink saying she was going to add syrup since I clearly wanted syrup. My mom tried to explain I was looking to lower my suagr not add to it. And as previously expressed she was looking to reduce the pumps not add them. The girl kept saying she would add syrup and make the drink watery. My mom gave up on that but went inside to order a drink for my sick daughter. She was very upset but did not want to let down her gradaughter. She was greeted with "What do you want/" as the opener. When she came in to order this different drink they made comments about how she was the lady from the line did she want extra syrup in this drink too. She said no this was for a sick child and she just wanted the Java Chip Frap like she asked for. Then they tried to add peppermint to it and she explained she didnt want that. They then preceeded to whisper about her and make fun of her while she waiting for her drink. They never called her name or told her her drink was made. When she finally asked if one of the drinks were hers they said "Of Course." It is so simple to be kind, respectful, and professional. Clearly that is not the mentality of the staff here. This will not be a place I frequent again. The rudeness and unprofessional responses are absolutely unacceptable and oh so unecessary.

Great lattes and very polite, pleasant service on the drive thru. We sat on the patio to drink and it was clean and pleasant. We will be back!

I don't write reviews but the lady with blonde hair and glasses needs to shape up. She was so rude to me and my friend. Ordered a large and she gave me a medium and took forever.

I paid 12 something dollars for 2 frappes with a 15 dollar gift card. I gave 3 dollar tip before I got my order which I regret. The girl in the window took the card, scanned it and gave me the drinks. The caramel ribbon crunch frappe had no caramel in the drink and tasted like straight vanilla. And then she got back to work without giving me back my card. When I asked about it she looked at me like I was stupid and said there was nothing left. I didn't say anything because I already was in a bad mood but I'm very upset.

Stop blocking traffic there is a full parking lot available line shouldn't be in the street. Local pd should sit down at this location and give out tickets to everyone who does, don't even have to work hard.Parking: Plenty of parking lot for your lines.....

I thought I placed my mobile order at this location. I didn't. They made my order for me anyway, even though it was my own user error through the app. Very good service! Thank you!
